Based on how this war has been so far, let me make a guess. F16s may hit some targets initially (Its a great weapon, it shoud),but then russians will learn and start adjusting their attack and statergy and will start shootng them down, And when the f16s start falling it will have a more devestating moral effect on ukr troops than any past event.

Mate , I think you don't know the ukrainian mentality . They want their soldiers and pilots to fight for free , so that the commanders and officials can pocket the quarter of a million dollars . This is how things work in Ukraine . You keep dreaming about the just remuneration of the front line personel.
I think when this is all over the Russian KIA will be likely over 100K but shy of a quarter of million somewhere but the Ukrainians are likely facing if not already a million plus odd lives KIA. The truth is when it comes to losses in this conflict it's only safe to say the Ukrainian losses are way higher than the Russians but it's only by how much and what we can confirm or understand.
I think it's funny that you people would believe that Russia has more losses than Ukraine when they outgun Ukraine so much and they're dug in so much better. Even in bakmut they didn't lose as much as Ukraine. Overall the kill ratio is at least 3 to 1 for the Russians at least

That war will end only, when Ukrainians themselves will stand against Zelensky. They try to do this and everything there is like anywhere in Europe. As Estonian, I have been living too long in France and UK. Some "ruling elite" trying to keep themselves in power and using violance for it! I'm very aware what was going on in Eastern Ukraine before that war. Just had "childhood girlfriends" there. Regarding salaries and living cost, Russia seems to be perfect place to live. In Estonia, I have to pay for small room over 500 EUR per month while only available jobs are paying me 700-800 per month! You are not allowed to grow your own carrots, onions and potatos in your own garden without paying "tax" on those eaten by yourself. That's are EU rules forced to my country! You could do that freely in Siberia! I'm aware, that Russian gouvernment pays good salary for those persons willing to fight for their "freedom" to live peacfully. In Russia, I could have a job paying me 3-5 timed more than I pay my "sleeping place" in Estonia. Potatos, Carrots, etc are still reasonable priced there while in Estonia those are costing more than 1 EUR per kg. Russia has "employement deficit" of 5 million people, while in Europe unemployement rate is something 50%? Which country you believe to win this "ruling elite" war against people?

Not just rumors of demobilization. How many months ago, were the videos of the Wagner prisoners being released. Pardoned and set free. Early on it was, assumed to the front, til the end. When you get contradictory information, it makes people question everything. Then just ignore, everything.

Speaking of the psychology of men, a lot of pilots around the world absolutely would put their money where their mouth is on flying against the russians IMO. And that pay doesn't sound too high for going into guaranteed danger in a such a commanding duty, with everyone literally watching you with extreme polarized expectations.
No western pilot or ground crew is going to take that job in Ukraine unless they're an idiotic glory hound. Western pilots have never flown in an environment like this, nor have ground crews ever had to worry about the planes they're servicing, getting hit on the ground. Its going to take a single day to figure out where the few that are there are being based and not long after before a drone and missile swarm erases it from existence.

other alternative media using UK KIA counts based on public Death notices shows opposite ratio with 4-5 × more Ukrainian vs Russian KIA. I'm guessing the numbers are much closer to being equal.

At the Nato summit Biden spilled the beans (and none there refuted it), and named the official Nato estimate on Russian casualties in Ukraine. That was 350.000 dead and(!) wounded. Modern warfare got 10 to 17 wounded pr dead, but since this is artillery warfare a 7 to 1 is s more realistic ratio, so roughly 50.000 dead Russians. But to put the Nato estimate into perspective, let's just say that Russian casualties died. Then the number 350.000 dead is still significantly lower than the number of killed the Ukranians claim!
