Good video mate. Agree with most of what you said. I think people underestimate the significance of the car itself. I mean, apart from few drivers (you all know who they are each season), the rest is top 0.0001%. Those tenths of a second per lap are usually more up to the car than the driver. Sure there are mistakes especially during 60, 70 lap races, but im sure quali times would be a lot closer if done on a simulator or an identical car. Just look at max this season. As soon as he started not having a best car, he cant win. His main quailty is consistency and being able to get top 5 even when things dont go his way (unlike some who win, then get 16th, then 7th...). But to say he is few levels above everyone... Yeah, no, your car needs to be in a tip top shape as well.
To be honest, Max has always been one of my least favourite drivers since he debuted, and the only season where I somewhat "rooted" for him was 2021, but only because I wanted to see a new champion. Looking back, I wish Hamilton didn't get Masi'd and that he won the title that season. I've always hated Verstappen's "yield or crash" approach to racing, his total lack of accountability, and his throwing of toys out of the pram when he doesn't get his way. I think he's the most toxic driver in F1 since Michael Schumacher, tbh. But at least Schumacher didn't publicly throw his own team under the bus.
Look at how Max holded off Raikonnen in Spain 2016 for 20 laps on worn tires. That is mr defense. What Lewis did on a track like Hungary is absolutely not special. It's a small mickey mouse track with no overtake opportunities
He has battled 5 years with RB to get to the top and set performances with an inferior car that are Senna and Schumacher like. That sets apart a good driver from a once in an era driver
If someone is unapologetic in what they say and they're wrong, that's not a good fucking thing. Being offensive and rude and opinionated is not a good thing. This is the problem. The majority of formula 1 fans are terrible people, just like the majority of the drivers. You couldn't have a more professional driver than Hamilton and people have done nothing but talk badly about him. You people were still talking of max When Hamilton was winning 7 world titles
What max is used to is being catered to by everyone. The same people that encouraged max's bad behavior were the same ones talking badly about Hamilton winning all the time. And to be honest with you the red bull staff is just as bad as max. Horner walks around like he can do anything he wants to. Max is not carrying red bull max is making sure that he's the only one that gets attention. Red bull fired Daniel Ricciardo because of max. And if max had to kill another driver to win, he would. How many times has he parked his car on top of another driver. How many times is he run someone off the track. The best thing that could have ever happened to max is his daddy Didn't make it out of the fire
This is the problem. Formula 1 fans are terrible because the people they look up to our terrible. People have been making excuses from max and his daddy for years. Stop doing it. If the kid is an overpaid dangerous baby, Who literally wants to win at any cost. The one thing you don't do is take it out on your team members that are trying to help you. If max thinks that he is the talent and the team is unimportant, then red bull is already at a loss

Being rude to his team after the race was harsh. Especially the strategists who have as recent as Silverstone gotten him out of the mud. I still expect he might end up the most successful driver of all time but he has to remember vettel was in a similar unbeatable situation. He might end up not winning again especially with the caliber of younger/agemates drivers on the grid. Don't go burning bridges.

Nope! He's one unlikeable ass that needs to be on the outside looking in. Everyone would be happy with that, and youd gain some fans for the sport. At the moment, his sponsors must be asking themselves why did we lumber ourselves with this childish toddler?
Max in all three tyres pushed way too much at the start which just destroys them. His final stint difference was 10 laps and still he's tyre advantage was done in 3 laps . GP and Max's angry radio were in Quali which everyone ignored, also him making it clear inside that he won't listen to horner disrespecting his father. ( The comments in press conference about his father driving for Mercedes) Also something very important that was gone under the radar was contract extension announcement meaning Helmut Marko is at Red bull 2026. Red bull also very much never win again because they are on C spec car and that's it, no more major upgrades
I think it's a very bad analysis, you have to start on Friday (actually Thursday with the press conference), that's when the trouble started, vt1-2-3 and the interviews. You're only talking about Sunday's race. If you watched the entire weekend you would understand why he was so frustrated on Sunday (and that was not just because of what happened on Sunday in terms of racing, but that frustration was because of everything that had happened all those days before, a sum of everything together for the entire week(end).

He didn't say max has matured. He said the media wrongly made max look like he matured in the past couple years due to him being miles ahead of everyone.
