I cant remember if its just skippy. or also the loot key chests that can teleport you once a day to a starter location, I remember you could lock xp at the chests though. If you can also teleport from these chests, could shave 3-4 mins off my Protection time plan, but cant remember if it does or not xD
I always try to keep my gp on the safe deposit box merching some items and sigils (outside deposit box) you always lose some gp whit this method but is better than lose everything 😂
dude awesome video, gnome stonghold is so flooded with people, your secret spot you showed i found it. in a hour i have gotten 1 dragon, 10 ninja and 16 magpies using my iron and main to scout for them. just doing dragons for the iron ive been building, awesome vid!
There were a lot of changes to the starting sigils like lowering the mage proc chance to 10% which kills it imo. Also u limited run is happening so Stam sigils are disabled
I don't think they can now that we have 5 brackets instead of 4, but they haven't updated that picture since dmm reborn and there's nothing on the Wiki so I could be wrong.
One thing that baffles me about modern DMM is giving an alt account all your valuables for 0 cost is considered muling, but doing it with a transaction involved is considered swapping and is allowed. A person is less likely to get banned/disqualified for RWT'ing gp or money in DMM than having an alt from the same IP address hold a bank to keep withdrawing from. It is basically an encouraged mechanic now to sell everything in DMM the second you get it rather than actually play the game mode.
Yeah it's pretty dumb to allow swapping but not muling. They're realistically the same thing. Actually swapping is better because your GP will gain in value as you sleep
Firstly, I would say that swapping is the primary incentive for non-pkers to play the game mode at all, ironmen and pvmers who want some extra bond money will play purely for this aspect of the tournament. DMM is far more popular after Jagex allowed swapping for players. Secondly, swapping is not the same thing as muling, muling is a zero risk method to keep all items safe. It is like having the guardian angel sigil activated without paying for it, which is very problematic. Swapping, while also being a way to move wealth off your DMM account, comes with risks (e.g. change of swap-rate, chance of getting scammed). It also has a trade-off which is that you are choosing to not upgrade your DMM gear in favour of 'cashing out' of the game-mode. The swapped gp however, will re-circulate in the DMM economy as whoever you swapped with will have to either move that gold to another player or use it to play DMM, which is very different to muling. Not saying that swapping is good for the game-mode, but it is a huge reason why many players even try DMM, which is important.
@@Thewhitekorean and you are ignoring the point of them allowing swapping. Player base wants it. pkers want it because there's more people to pk, skillers want it because they can make gp on the main game from it, same reason with pvmers. It's a win, win and win for everyone. The only people who would swap back is the pkers because it only gains interest for dmm not 07. Muling doesn't have the same perks as swapping. But let's be honest we all know people still mule, especially the big clans.
You have 100% run energy that doesn't drain from running, not unlimited. It will still drain from various sources, for example Morrigans spec, ruthless ranger sigil, tent whip spec etc ...
I've gone to revs first thing in the last dmm as i swapped for 100k within the first hour. In my experience the imp/goblin are not worth killing with low range and bone cbow as if you even get average rng it will take a bit to pay back that money. When i had around 60 range with msb(i) and addy arrows i was able to take down the hobgoblin which was worth doing. Within the first 2 hours at revs there wasn't many people there
The damage from the range sigil and mage sigil has been reduced slightly since I made this. The stamina sigils have also been removed and we have unlimited run.
Assuming you have a document, could you please provide this in word form? No need to go out the way, I just assume you might have mapped it out in a document or atleast a simple step by step.
They have just changed stamina, so now we have unlimited run. The sigil now does double damage under 10 run energy and even though you don't use run, it can still drain it by 30 when it procs.
@@Jellyman7141 It's a slight buff if you are constantly freezing/entangling someone, because they weren't using more run than they were recovering anyway and a slight nerf if you aren't as your opponent would use much more than 10 run. I don't think it makes a big difference though.
@@my68chevy2 It depends how much time I have. Ideally I use blender but sometimes it's just OSRS pictures/icons with special effects. (krita to add highlights etc)
It's really not at the very start, it's just rammed later. So as long as you go straight there whilst everyone else is going stronghold of security, you end up with the highest magic level when it get's busy and get more than your fair share of drops anyway.
@@LilratbagsOsrs lava dragons will be packed no matter when you go there. ppl use alts and what not its not worth it. you better be by going to isle of souls for blue dragons
@@viliusgrigaliunas9767 I've been Lava dragons at the start of both of the last tournaments and had one to myself for the most part all the way up until the next bracket. Even when it gets busier, people don't want to compete with you if you are a much higher level.
@@LilratbagsOsrs no no bro i figured you love lava dragons i allowed you to live when you were making a video like a month ago but lavas are always packed i went there one season and it was not worth fighting for dragons with another 5 ppl but its just my opinion all good bro
Hey man just a quick question on how you got the table at 1:06 and its relevance; how do we know t3 sigils wont drop in the 1-50 worlds in Armageddon? I have been combing stuff looking for any info that suggests the t3 sigils will be locked to the higher bracket worlds. Reading the official blogpost on osrs it looks like it is a flat rate based on the monsters combat level. Maybe you know more about this then me (im actually 99.99% sure you do), but whats to stop a level 150+ NPC in the 1-50 bracket from dropping T3 sigils? EDIT: In apocalypse they made it very clear in the blog post. Although in the info we have so far from Armageddon it is left out. Im curious why? The fact they said they wanted the 1-50 bracket to be its own competition suggests maybe T3s will be in all worlds.
I'm just going off what we know so far and sometimes they do change it up and make me look like a plank. However it was like that in reborn and Apocalypse and there's no mention of it changing in Armageddon so I am simply presuming it will be the same again. There is so little information coming out just 6 days before it starts, it almost feels like it's not ready.
@@NzzzzzB I'm torn between rushing the high bracket on one account and creating a tonne of accounts. Alts can really slow your main down that's the problem.
