Long rant & result!! Today wasn't very kind to me, for some reason I kept on feeling negative and hateful even tho i was going out, i ate healthy , i went to the gym...etc which are things that always lift my mood but today non worked so i decided to listen to Alica's sub bc i always feel comfortable around her and i can let go of all my responsibilities as the oldest daughter and the person who is breaking the generational trauma. I was listening to this for like 10 min and then i got recommended a video called "You are the universe's greatest creation...you'll find this when u need it." and the lady in the video kept on talking about how our soul is so bright and full of love and all the hardships we went through made us kinder and we are a gift to the world and more and it made me cry bc it was what i needed to hear.
