L Theanin made me so very sleepy 🥱 L tyrosine I like very much, it gives me energy to do tasks. I have anxiety, depression and ibs. Bad combo ☹️ I’m always in search of something to help. I like magnesium glycinate for depression but any kind of dose give me stomach problems. I will try mucuna next. Thanks 🙏 ❤
I took the tincture only twice. four drops in water. What happened next was unbelievable. I became an artist. My art is on another level. Last time I drew anything was in 9th grade. I can't really explain it.
just because nutrients have been observed competing with eachother for absorption doesnt mean the looser doesnt get absobed they have not made this claim because it would be false only idiots would think thar because where did the looser go disapear lollmao it just waits inline common guys wtf is wrong with everyone god did not make nutrition rocket science everyones sick because doctor made them sick not the food or nutrients competing for absorption low iq people do strang things when they learn half of something
Hello, I hope all is well. I found your video to be quite informative. I have a quick question. If I sent you a list of supplements I'm taking, could you put them In order for me to take? I don't want to mix something that doesn't belong with one another. It's pretty confusing.
I have tried all sorts of supplements to stop my generalized anxiety disorder. Nothing stops anxiety like benzos, but that stuff is addicting, especially for people with GAD. You will feel so good the first time you take it. The problem is that your brain will adapt, and you will need more and more. Coming from a guy who had two seizures from benzo withdrawal, I beg anyone who reads this to be careful. This stuff is no joke. Take it only when you need it or for a very short period of time.
People don't think about ALOT of things that have to do with their body. They know NOTHING about actual nutrition and shove in garbage with no nutritional value. People think having a salad is healthy but that salad has a bottle of full fat ranch dressing with a pound of cheese or a bag of croutons on it. Or that a taco salad is good. Hell NO it's not. People cram in carb saturated foods that a Boston marathon runner couldn't deplete all the energy that created. Or they think sugar saturated soda is OK. Nope.
Every human being alive has anxiety and depression . Usually induced by seriously rotten dietary habits and intake habits like DRINKING. Alcohol is fermented sugar.
1 is constipation. Magnesium helps the bowels actually move. You can take stool softeners but if you're Magnesium deficient, your bowels will not budge. Any imbalance in the biochemistry affects total body homeostasis. The human body is a remarkable machine. It can adapt to deficiencies BUT it will eventually cause serious issues.
Hi! I usually don't write on RU-vid, but I have been watching your videos a lot recently, and they are very interesting. In this video, I related to the patient who had too much serotonin and dopamine and wondered if this might be my case too. I was diagnosed with combined ADHD in the summer of 2022 at 21 years old. I've been taking SSRIs since I was 17 and started Elvanse last year to see if my depression was actually ADHD symptoms. However, I seem more depressed when I take my ADHD meds for a few days in a row, so I need breaks. This makes me wonder if the combination of both meds is the issue. My question is: could I have too much serotonin or dopamine when taking both meds? I'd also appreciate if someone in the comments might have the answer to this! I'd love to hear others' experiences!!!
I do these tests for my clients in Canada as well when working with them. Your PCP will not know what these tests are unfortunately. If you are interested the best thing to do is book your first consultation with one of my health experts so we have chance to deep dive in your medical history to determine what would be the best testing to do and what action plan to put together for you. Here is a discounted link: www.optimalmindperformance.com/offers/FvbWP5Fj?coupon_code=YTOMP400OFF to book a consultation with us if you are interested.
I needed this video. I don't know what my cortisol levels are but I'm not a very stressed person in general. I've never considered myself depressed or high anxiety. I probably shouldn't take this. I recently quit smoking pot and decided to spend some of the money I save on supplements. I think the ashwagandha was a bad idea though. I wanted something that would help me more with focus and mental clarity. I should get Rhodiola rosea instead. I've done Rhodiola years ago and it was amazing. I already bought the ashwagandha though so I'll try it for a week at least.
On another note though... I've been suffering from sciatic pain for the last few days. The pain went away after taking ashwaghanda for the first time... is that a thing????
Is it anything like Rhodiola Rosea? Rhodiola Rosea was amazing for me when I started taking it. It gave me the most natural feeling alertness. But then I got used to it and it stopped working on me.
I was attacked in 2 different comment sections by your subscribers over simple questions that I thought were valid. Since being treated so poorly, I unfortunately chose to unsubscribe as I don’t feel safe on your channel. Much love and peace sent to you and yours🙏
