For anybody wondering YES Nikacado was a raw vegan. I remember him from when I was a raw vegan back in 2012-'13 ish I think it had a lot to do with his extremism when he stopped. That diet drops you into major extremism for a good long while until you balance out again.

If something is unknown: quantum mechanics (or the Lord works in mysterious ways) If something hasn't been scientifically proven: the scientists who tested these theories didn't really believe in the theory (have faith) OR ancient civilizations used to practice this (tradition equals legitimacy) Many of these new agers would claim they care about sustainability, yet would completely replace their wardrobe at the drop of a hat cause the newest new-age calling card was to wear super flowy plants from Temu, or whatever they could find from Temu that would make them look most like a native-american. Outside of organized religion i had never seen such a blatant echo-chamber of misinformation.

I hate the taste of Thieves toothpaste lol. I have been very please with both Tom's (plastic but fully recyclable) & David's (metal and also recyclable). It takes me about 6mos to use up a tube so not a ton of waste either way, but they are roughly the same price in my area so i will probably use David's from now on once i finish my last tube of Toms

And many forget that people starting on this likely start drinking more water than people not in general. Hydration has proven benifits so does sleep so it may not be placebo but them actually hydrating better and the $1 ph water or ion water I can get at dollar tree may have as good benifits if I followed a regimen . No studies I seen take that in account. One said sleep changed so it could be correlation with other improvements not induced by ion water. Also monitoring health or expecting it can have subconscious changes that are healthier and not the water type itself doing it just a more health conscious approach

Humans are prone to believe a lot of crazy stuff when they go off of intuition without filtering it through logic and reason. COVID started a worldwide awakening process but not in the way they describe and not at the speed they think. It's a very slow thing and doesn't happen overnight. It would be great if we could get there faster but a lot of people still hold on to their Old World belief structures and that's going to take time to break. We don't want to believe something just because someone else believes it, we want to do our research before anything so we can come to the conclusion of whether it is true or not. Following your gut is not always the way.
