Yes agree with 3 & 5 defo cheap switches on the rear interior lights and the lack of the Seat Belt return mechanism we’ve had our Qashqai 4 years and I’ve always blamed the wife for it😂😂😂 Not had any issues with squeaky trim or the wheel coatings problem. We actually have a Spare Wheel 😳😳 Great Videos - keep up the good work
Just done this on my 1.6 diesel j11 and my car is like new again. I used a thin plastic pipe to keep the cable from bending. Each time it went down the metal pipe, i withdrew the plastic pipe and cut it down a bit and then did it again until the cable suddenly pushed through. My wife is happy now and a happy wife is a happy life.😊
Hi dan the washers have packed up on my car same model and year as yours, ive been looking for the fuse, under the left dashboard cover theres a list of fuses the last one is 15 amp washer motor, but there are no fuses under there, can you help cheers Andrew
@TheQashqaiGuy the whole fuse box is missing, my car is auto and I did see a remark from someone that it may be somewhere else I'm at a loss i have a photo of the area Andrew
@@TheQashqaiGuy yes ive been in the other side and there are some fuses there but no indication as to what they are I've tested them all for continuity and there all good

Hi Thanks for all your videos. I bought a 2016 QASHQAI TEKNA DCI 1.5 a few weeks ago. Like you the courtesy lights did not work. With the information you provided, I bridged the 2 terminals with a blob of solder, sorted. Cheers Bill😊
I recently bought a Smart ForTwo Passion Cabriole with a convertable roof. I wonder has anyone had a very loud wind noise at the front of the roof on the passenger side. All the rubber seems to be ok with not cracks. Any help or tips will be much appreciated. Thanks.
I think this system is rubbish got a new updated card and still it dont know places , i type something in and it will go to the nearest street with the similar name and wont let me put in the correct address
Popped into my dealer today, explained my issue they seemed aware of it. They attempted to do i'm assuming the same update but it failed multuple times and after they said they were having issues downloading the update back onto a USB stick. At home I found and downloaded the files and instructions found through a different video (channel called reza79dk), then stumbled across your videos. Both immensely helpful in getting this update installed. Hopefully my issues with the stereo are over. Shockingly easy to do considering the trouble the dealer seemed to have 🤣. Thanks a lot for the videos on the stereo issue.

Hi 😎 I watch all your top tip videos and have just watched the one with the faulty rear parking sensor not working. I have an issue with mine on my 2015 Nissan Qashqai Tekna1.5 Diesel. The problem I have is that no beeping sounds from either sensors, front and rear? I have went round the whole car and cleaned the sensors as well as pessimg and depressing the parking sensor button which is location just under the steering wheel towards the driver door. My other issue that I have is with my front camera does not work. I had purchased the car from Greenlight motors down in Blackburn. The car is on finance through the bank with Santander. Picked up the car last year in November.
Hi thanks. Check in your settings that the sensors are on and there may be a volume setting too The cameras aren't great on the Qashqai and do have history of failing. So may need to source a replacement
I called that number as I have the same issue and they told me my car was not affected by this campaign even though I am experiencing the same issue! 2017 plate qashqai…. Absolutely useless
Hi Dan I have a problem with my daytime running light strip on the left side. The light works when I lock the car, use the indicator, or use the dimming light, it only doesn't work when I set it to auto or when I turn off the lights. Then the daytime running light comes on, but only one of them works, the one on the left side doesn't. It's the Qashqai Tekna with the strip led daytime running light. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks.

My have followed your steps and found out that my fault is almost the same as yours but the only difference is that my sounder sounds great/normal, the rear sensor is disabled. Would you advise to still replace the sounder or the rear sensors. Thanks for your help
hello i make the update and now i have an issue.. when turn of my car the screen is still working for 2 minutes and when i unlock my car without start my engine the screen open autimacally .. does anyone know how to fix it
Top man I have been struggling with my QashQai for the past 2 years, now I know what I was doing wrong, a question please the screen is not great on the camera for clarity, if I was to change my headunit for a nice apple play type head unit with a much better screen, would it improve the camera quality, or is it the camera on the car that is causing the low quality thanks.
