Hi, I am Monty. I am a neurodivergent person from Scotland and I like camping, tents, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, the outdoors, and climbing mountains. If this sounds up your street, welcome to La Party.

I camped at Loch Trool just over a year ago in May. The views were absolutely unreal. Sadly, the midges were also, ha. I like your channel, and you've got a new sub in me 👍
Hey I have a question. I'm camping at loch awe next Friday, are you allowed to wild camp there and have a controlled fire? I'm asking because through reading my fishing permits T&Cs it state about no fires and camping unless accepted by land owner? Didn't think the loch was owned by anyone bar two fisheries? Thanks
Another brilliant vid monty. I'm a bit behind with your vids this now health got worse now on oxygen, but I'm glad you're doing so much better. it would be nice to see a vid of the puppy too.
That was an epic walk you did, you looked absolutely shattered afterwards. Looks like an enjoyable, if damp few days. Not a fan of that tent vestibule though, looks like rain can come straight down inside. Enjoy your time off, and I look forward to seeing your new videos with added dog content soon...😀
Fun video looks like a few bevies were consumed at the pub too! I think some of transitions didn't render, as theirs freezing here and there. BTW any chance you can get hold of a lightweight camp bed to do a review on? I don't know if you can request one from Nature Hike or one of the other companies that do them. They seem to be gaining a bit of popularity now.
Since I mentioned camping beds Google has been spamming me no end with adverts for them. Temu is selling a Tormount one for £53 (which sometimes shows as £24.94), which is over a £100 on Amazon and seems to get good reviews (all the reviews are in French and German though). But I have no clue about Temu: are the items junk or sent from China and take 6 months to arrive. What's the catch?
Quality video really enjoyed this one, great views up the mountains. You need a hat to stop sun stroke mate I have a giant ozzie outback wan, worth it for hiking. Campsite was nice and some good bantz served! I have called the vestibule/microwave police on you and Nick expect a charge from the vestibule fiscal shortly😂
Tis a bit different this video. Got one more in the making and that'll be my camps till winter. Waiting till my pup stops chewing and shitting everywhere but hoping to do some review videos inbetween.
Hi Monty from Australia. I have been following your adventures for some time. What a beautiful location you have. My part of Australia is dry, brown and dusty.
That was a great camp, looked like you all had a great time. That tarp certainly gave great shelter. I've got one of those flextail mats, to save wear and tear on my winter one. Can't fault it so far, warm and comfortable, and my dog so far hasn't punctured it with his claws 😬 Good to have you back, you look happy, which is great 😃👍
Good to see you all having fun.. iam 100% sure the "light tour" and " naturehike " mats come from the same factory... was thinking about getting one of those flextail mats , until I saw a utuber get terrible mould in hers , and she always uses a pump to blow it up... they did send her a new one, though i will wait a while until they have been time tested ... Take care out there.
A bit of a wet one but glad you had fun regardless! Managed to get out for my first camp of the year, a 3 day one at Download. It was very wet and muddy but my tent and gear all held up fine. I too did a Fudge and slept on a camp bed, my back thanked me for it!
I've been a busy bee with my puppyyyyy. Got more vids in the background but may temporarily stick to dedicated reviews until she's older. Hope you are keeping well troops x
I like this tent, neat design. Always beautiful location scenery! awe getting a pupperdoggo. Collies are beautiful lots of grooming but grooming is a relaxing chore, good mentally at least I feel it is. Bummer on the sleep pad. Great campsite; thank you for sharing,
