Game of Thrones & ASOIAF & The Witcher & AHS & Other Random Fandom Nerd! Sweet Summer Mhysa to My Sweet Summer Children! Server of Long Night Juice, Keeper of Lore, Breaker of Boring, Slayer of Theories :)
Every once in a while I pop back to hear your chapter reviews and I love the break downs, interpretations, speculations and viewpoint. As a fan of the show, right up to the disappointing end, I have yet to read the books. Thanks so much for the juice!
Do you know there is a theory that both Tywin and Aerys Targaryen are Tyrion's fathers. How can this be? Tyrion would be a chimera, the result of two non-monozygotic embryos that merge into a single organism. Tywin would be the father of one embryo and Aerys the other. A clue is that Tyrion has one green eye and one black eye. Heterochromatism can be caused by chimerism. BTW, you can go your entire life and not know you are a chimera.
There is a theory that Tyrion is the son of both Tywin and Aerys Targaryen. How could that be? In this theory Tyrion is a chimera, a product of two non-monogamous twin embryos that merge into a single embryo (this occurs in real life). One of the embryos would have been fathered by Tywin and the other by Aerys. A possible clue is that one of Tyrion's eyes is green and the other black. Heterochromia can be cause by chimerism. BTW, you can go your entire life and not realize you are a chimera.
Asoiaf is basically a book about mother nature manifesting in a bunch of pseudo-deities and witches/wizzards to take revenge on those who disrespected her lol
One thing that gets to me is that Allicent was described as resembling Saerra... and Jaeherys frequently called her by that name. So... she looks Targaryen... perhaps without the purple eyes, but who knows? I think the Maesters/Hightowers did conspire to rid the world of dragons... the first time... every time... and infiltrating the red keep and sparking discontent that led to the Dance.
Could the fire worms be the maze makers? They tunneled through the earth, right? Were all of the cave networks first created by these creatures? IDK - just a thought. There are hot springs at Winterfell, so perhaps the hot springs were enough to keep the dragon eggs viable... and not the other way around as if the dragons made the hot springs. And then that tragedy in Hardhome - before the conquest - did dragons or fireworms have something to do with that? We still have so many mysterious unanswered questions... but I'm liking the way you think.
I do agree with women being able to make not emotionally decision but you sounded Bert emotional with your made that statement lol luv ur videos all the same, it’s just funny cuz of the emotional defence
0:38 As an Arya Stark fan, you should know to pronounce her name correctly: Are-ya... As in 'are ya really?' Not wasting another second listening to you...
Are starks part child of the forest and part first man? That would be a significant puzzle piece laid down if true… It would explain warging capability and the values taught to the Stark children
How amazing that must have been for you. If I was monied, I would get Cersei’s kimono dress (lot 89307). It’s not as exciting as other items but I have been obsessed with that dress. Clapton is a genius. Or, Ellaria’s poison antidote necklace.
I don't know that even Maester Luwin believes the faith of the 7 - because, when he was dying... he didn't crawl to the Scept... he crawled to the weirwood tree . He knows the old Gods are the true Gods... lol.
You nailed it! My second favorite scene!; replacing the Bolton banner with Stark's. (Dany's first Dracarys is my 1st.) Thank you for showing us. Good luck with your auctions, here's hoping you win what bid on. P.S. The book scene/chapter where Jon takes Slynt's head is excellent.
People form metaphysical bonds with animals everywhere, but not to the extent that George writes. The magic all seems to come from the gods, the faceless men with the faceless god, the red priests from rhllor, the northerners and others from the old gods. Seems like only the faith of the seven don't bestow magic to their followers. The faith of the seven also seems to have a lot of common ground with Christianity. Maybe the crusades wiped magic from our plane
Very very very interesting! I saw all the episodes but was left dumbfounded by Bran the Broken. Whatever I thought of the ending, it never came together for me. Your analysis makes it all make sense. Thank you!
Gray Area! I'm so excited for you and hope you get Dany's whip. I would want the miniature of Drogon and Dany's dress when she mounted him in the Colosseum.
I hope you get Daenerys’s whip! Grey Area I was literally just looking through this auction this morning. I am seriously considering bidding on the pot and gold belt Khal Drogo melts to kill Viserys. One of my favorite scenes from the show and the book. It would be awesome to have.
How fun!🤩 I think cat’s paw or long claw would be so cool to have. Or Dany’s dragon eggs. I have the dragon egg candles but the real ones would be so cool.
If I could own anything from game of thrones, it would be either Sansa’s poisonous necklace or her Queen of the North tiara 😍 OMG ETA THAT I WOULD DIE FOR THE KHALEESI WINTER COAT 🥲 This is seriously SO COOL that you were invited to that and got to meet Hodor and Bran IRL! I would have DIED
