No hay dudas de que Taylor es parte del legado de excelencia de los pianistas de fin del siglo XX, como el maestro Jarrett y Egberto Gidmonti también el fallecido Lyle Mays, todos ellos creando el nuevo espacio sonoro.

I can't over emphasise how much love and respect I have for this series..I only regret that it is not included in the school curriculum.. I am sure kids...teenager's would respond why ? they have life and aren't yet dead....

Exactly Baron windbag Kinnock did betray the miners. Labour Liberal or Tory it still ends up the same old worn out Story.

Azimuth played at a local university (in eastern Canada) about 20years ago - I had not heard of John at the time. When he started playing I was immediately transfixed and absolutely knocked out by his depth and feeling. JT is an absolute giant! You cannot help but be awestruck by his playing...

It saddens me to know that Dr. Miller and his capable interviewer, Piers Plowright, have both passed since this 2013 interview. I am glad that this woefully under-viewed video will allow the two gentleman's legacies to live on past their bodily expiration!

This beautiful song/melody sounds similar to the jazz standard "If I Should Lose You" composed by Ralph Rainger in 1936.

Mel is way of the target. Sorry but I agree with Peter Hitchens. It’s okay for Mr Bragg to say that in leafy Hampstead, away from the real world

Very funny. I saw Michael Foot give a speech in the 1983 General Election. He had a way of starting quietly, almost chatting to you and working up into passionate speech. I believe he got this trick from watching Lloyd George.

I enjoy the series. The host really does try to create an honest dialogue. Some of the guests are obviously biased but they do try to balance the guests perspectives and get to critical questions.

Forgive me, to beg to differ . . ., we've indeed been dumbed down, from Australia through France and Britain, to Canada and America. A cult that denies Platonic objects, of good and truth, in favor of a social constructivist idea of truth and goodness, is necessarily dumbed down, which will only lead us to ruin and absurdity, pain and enslavement, and a loss of civilization. In short, the cult we face is as rational as the public political culture of National Socialism, and the Soviet Union, if not Mao's and Pol Pot's Return to Year Zero. Were that possible. I'm afraid the barbarians are within the gate, and we are not saved. Yet.
