This is SO important, I really wish more people know about this because romantic love is generalized as something everyone wants and needs in their life, when that's actually no true. Its disheartening for me to see that hierarchy in love, where people do not give the same importance to platonic love. Love isn't only about romance, friendship is awesome!

Thank you for the video. I'm a 40 year old definite homo-grey-ace. I like the fantasy of it all (it's a myth that asexuals and greysexuals don't masturbate). But I've rarely gained a lot of pleasure from doing it for real, and am not often sexually attracted to actual people I meet. I'd much rather have a relationship where we cuddle, and limit it to that, and if I have any deeper urges I'll just take care of them myself.

I relate more to aromanticism than asexuality, since I still experience libido and desire to masturbate,(althought I refrain from doing it, even if I feel desire to do it, since I hate porn and what porn and excessive desire for sex causes to society), and feel desire sometimes when I see someone attractive( even if I don't feel like I should engage in that desire or even try sex, or even try sex in my life) but I also relate to the descriptions of fraysexuality and aegosexuality. I started feeling gay when I was 12 or 13, but when I was 15 I experienced abuse and all sexual feelings disappeared and I was diagnosed with PTSD, but in 2023 my trauma completely disappeared and I started at the age of 32 and feeling gay feelings again, and I found a boyfriend, and I didn't think sex was traumatic anymore, but at the same time not very exciting, the thought and imagination is nice, but as soon as I start and start the actions, the desire quickly disappears, it's nice rarely, but it's never great fun, just a little fun, and I only like to do it 4 or 5 times a year, my boyfriend thinks the same, it's not exciting for him that often either. Sex is very boring, and we really manage without it, it's just that it gives a relaxing feeling in stressful situations, he and I think a few times a year, and to be honest, it's just a LITTLE fun, not a lot of fun. There is a difference between romance and eroticism. I like him sitting next to me on the sofa, holding my hand, sleeping in the same bed (without sexual activity), showering together (without sexual activity), we like closeness, but almost no sex I am not compleatly asexual, but not compleatly gay either, I am mixed 😊 .... and I like it this way 😊

Sexual attraction simply means drawn to someone in a sexual way. Desire, wanting to do sexual things with that person. It’s simple there’s something you find sexually appealing about that person that you desire to do things sexual with it’s simple.

I have a silicone one, and a thinner and thicker metal, because sometimes certain stuff on my hands can bother me at certain times, so I can change them out, also the thicker metal one also has a purple gem on it :). Not me being sexually active for over a decade and realizing I am the ace spectrum with a seven minutes video

Because I've been reading fanfiction centering around a Hazbin Hotel character (Alastor, who is ace) and seeing the authors play around with the various micro labels, at some point I started wondering about those labels, looked at them, and started comically questioning myself because this one struck a chord. Seriously, I found it really funny with all of my suspicions and even asking myself "would I kiss this random person at the store? Would I kiss that person? I don't even know this guy, NO, nah, nope, okay this one looks great but not enough to kiss on the cheek. Wait- would I kiss them on the cheek? ... Platonically." After reviewing my life experiences and attitudes and comparing them to the labels, I'm tentatively using the "aegosexual" label. I might be demi, but I haven't dated much nor do I have a deep connection with someone, so this should do for now.
