I traded my store bought undies for the flour sack undies she made my cousin. So much trouble when I got home. Her neighbor ladies were named Myrtle and Bernice sisters. They always had on an apron and would hug me tight when I arrived in summer and my face was always squeezed between their big boobs. I wanted to die. They were so sweet and always baking something good to eat. They spinsters. I thought that was a disease as a little girl. No one explained that to me.
Daddy owned a Gulf gas station I still remember the different smells. Granny had a double tub under a tree the clothes and sheets smelled so good. It took all day almost for laundry day. She ironed pillow cases sheets and clothes were always in the refrigerator. Little food lots of clothes. The starch was cooking on the stove.❤
Every year before school started we went to the Buster Brown shoe store for new shoes and socks. Best part was having our feet X-Ray in that wooden box you could see the bones in your feet. Never new the benefit of that. It was exciting in Houston before school started❤
I've used a vibration board like this for several years. I got it because I injured a knee & was trying to strengthen it, it truly helped because I had to abandon my walking routine to get it healed up. I use hand weights while I am on it. It does do for me what you said. Well worth the time I spend on it & the money as well. No more joint issues at 68 years old soon. 😊
@barrywom2038 Rusty too. Well , our sons are in perfect health now and they would not want us to dwell on the negative. We have to heal as best we can and go on with life till we are reunited with them one day. They are in our future. God comfort your hurting heart.😔🙏

This is our 2nd marriage for the both of us and we just celebrated 38 years, I know he was the man I was suppose to be with all my life and I thank God everyday for bringing him into my life, we are blessed. We went for our 6 month checkup today and I forgot to tell him about my dizzy spells I get every now and then, I have to close my eyes and let it pass, it goes away in a few seconds. I’m on a low dose generic Benicar blood pressure med. Safe travels to Indiana, your grandkids are beautiful. I truly enjoy listening you read scriptures to us, I don’t understand that type of readings, bless you. I too watched Hillbilly Elegy, wow what a story.❤❤❤
I was prescribed 20mg of Metoprolol March 8, 2021 by a Physician Assistant because I had High Blood Pressure 177/70. My Cataract Surgeon would not remove them until my blood pressure came down which it did but I was always tired for the rest of the day after taking the pill. I ran out of the pills on July 10, 2023. I began taking a Blood Pressure Support Supplement called Bloodnex and occasionally Nitric Oxide Blood Flow-7 a supplement by Juvenon. I had read several articles on Metoprolol that it wasn’t a good blood pressure pill to take.
Because of you mentioning the problems with Metoprolol, I checked my heart rate. It is 48, and I can hardly move,I am so weak and short of breath . I am calling my CARDIOLOGIST. Thank you.
What a boring life I am your age and still traveling to my homeland Germany and a couple short trips to Italy and Greece.As matter of fact I just arrived in Berlin Germany a couple of days.Basically you have nothing to say that’s interesting.

Now, I am worried about you. The pauses in your heart rhythm concerns me. I think your PCP should CALL your Cardiologist and have him see you ASAP. You should get a copy of your heart monitor tracings. Prayering for you.

Not to be alarming, but I would get in to see the doctor before you leave town. Do not wait on this. Call and see if they can work you in and if not call your pirimary care back to see if she can get you in. Your heart health is a priority. A pacemaker is so simple, just under the skin. That and managing your blood pressure is imperative. Easy fix could prevent debilitating stroke or worse.

Sandra, I have also been in Metropolis for some time. No longer on Lisenopril. I used to have a lot of those spells. In 2020,_I was diagnose with severe obstructive sleep apnea! In my sleep study, I was stopping breathing 66. something times an hour!! I now use a CPAP, which helps a lot, even with my b.p. My late husband had it also. They had suggested a pacemaker at one time for him, after wearing the monitor. A lot of PCPs don't mention OSA!

I also take Lisinopril (5 mg.) and Atenolol (10 mg). My Dr. said it's the combo of meds that works. I take garlic oil tabs (Now brand). Garlic is good for everything and natural.🧄🥰

But I love sitting on porch watching hummingbirds and drinking coffee with my husband looking at birds and flowers Garden . I do love going out for dinner and good movies. On our date night I be praying for you. I believe it’s medication too . Need be off medication for less month then ware heart monitor . I been watching your RU-vid videos for long time now.
