This is amazing and really well done but I overall with piano tutorials don’t understand why there can’t be at least two versions, one with the lyrics being played on piano instead of sung, or tutorials without the lyrics built in. I like to try and sing the song myself so built in lyrics make it hard for me to focus on the core music of the song. Nothing against you in particular, just my opinion of visual piano tutorials.
Amazing as usual... I'm just waiting for the day one of your videos truly pops off and you get the attention you deserve. I'm genuinely blown away every time you upload.
thank you!! i've never played sea of thieves but it looks really cool :) i've only heard the shanties you can play in-game with other players; i'll have to check out more of its soundtrack
Ahhh! This is amazing! I've come here from your "Who Will Know" Piano Cover (which was also great.) This gives me the same kaiju vibes from pacific rim + soulsborne. Both OSTs i love so much. ❤
thanks!! that tutorial continues to get the most views out of any of my other videos, but I'm happy that you checked my more recent stuff out! sometimes I fear that RU-vid wants me to only make piano covers because of how much more successful they were and purposely doesn't push any of my original stuff lol
another day without biggmilk going big is another day without uhhh hmmm lemme think of something hold on oh i got it and its another day wasted also i name the dragon stepfhen
oh my goddddd bigg this is amazing i can picture the story so well in my head with how dynamic this piece is its so good I literally don't know what to say lol
thanks!! i'm happy the story came across so well! it was probably the thing I focused on most with this piece, as I had come up with the story before composing it :)
Man, this gave me such chills while listening to it. You perfectly encapsulated the feeling of running from this massive creature while it chases and stalks you. I also loved all the different phases of the piece. It made it feel dynamic, and like an actual story with ups and downs and stuff, (if that makes sense.) The length of the track is also a nice bonus! All around, a great composition. Phenomenal job!
thanks!! :D film music is one of my greatest inspirations, so i love trying to create stories using instrumental music. I'm glad you got that sense of story with this piece :D
thanks, grav!! i worked really hard on this piece, so I'm glad you liked it :) i don't know if I'm worthy of a million lol, but I appreciate the sentiment :D
This is astounding and beautiful! Such a beautiful piece! You just gained my like and subscription, my friend. You have my support in your creative endeavors! :D
piano!!! i do love synthesia (i dont know how to play piano, i like seeing the funny notes fall down) I really really like the differences in dynamics and stuff throughout the song :D going from calm to more aggressive etc
i'm glad you liked it !! :D also, I think I accidentally copied a measure from a HTTYD soundtrack at 0:35 lol. HTTYD's soundtrack is my favorite film score of all time, so I wouldn't be surprised if I was unconsciously inspired by it :D
Woah, now thats a throw back! I remember back in the day, people used to use Synthesia all the time for various piano pieces/covers and stuff. Dont really see too much of it anymore, or maybe people still DO use it and I just havent looked hard enough, haha. Is this something you'll be using more in the future? Regardless, this was a very powerful and emotional composition. Good job! Love the chord choice and the fast hard hitting melody that you layered over them. 1:20 definitely has to be my favorite. I love that decending piano line in the right hand, coming down to meet the accending line played by the left hand. It just sounds so beautiful and magical at the same time. Anyways, keep up the great work! Csnt wait to hear what you compose next.
thank you!! :D I still see Synthesia around a lot, but most for piano tutorials. i think people use a program called Embers for similar visualizations, though (but with particle effects). I'll keep using Sythesia if people seem to like that more than FL Studio (but only for piano pieces, probably, because full orchestral stuff would look very cluttered) i was definitely "feeling it" when composing this piece, so I'm glad you liked it! :D
My silly little Deltarune obsessed brain looking the other "Don't Forget" just shut down, lit on fire, screamed, did a cartwheel and then decided to stay and listen to the rest of this cause this is pretty damn good too.
Oh shoot, new Bigg Milk upload. Drop everything!! In all seriousness though this sounds great as always, good job! I can always imagine your pieces being in a movies or something. They just perfectly encapsulate these impressive atmospheres and vivid sceneries.
thank you!! i'm glad you liked it :) if i were to pursue a career in music, i'd try to be a game/film composer since soundtracks are my greatest inspiration. I also like the idea of telling stories with instruments alone, and the music in media is almost always the thing that draws the most emotion out of me also, congrats on 1k subs!! :D
@@BiggMilk Ahhh, I see. That makes sense And thank you! The special I'm working on is almost complete so it should be out either this week or the next.
