Funny thing if you read the repair manual for all these ATV.....the last 2 lines say replace the CID or Spark Plug....could have save you time...and replacing stuff not needed...

I’ve got an 05 700 twin efi. There’s two lines leading to the rear brake caliper. I know the one goes to the rear master cylinder, where does the other one go?

2004 330 trail boss. New China carb (on it when I bought it...not running...rings frozen in piston...new rings) After installing new rings it fired right up, idles good, everything is good until you get to half throtle and then it boggs down. Haven't decided if I should try to fix this carb, rebuild an oem or buy another $40 China

I'm really hoping you might have the answer for me. There's alot of different part numbers for these hub coils. The newest part# claims to over lap a bunch but it costs over 200 to get it. Will the coil from the trail boss or 400l work? I don't mind soldering on new plug ends. They look identical minus the plug so I assume they work but since I've seen both on your channel I figured I'd ask.

I have a 2001 Sportsman 500 that needs a timing chain but I'm trying to get the fly wheel off but not sure which direction to turn the nut holding fly wheel on. Hoping you can help. Thanks John

Thank you for all you videos, with the help of your videos and from others I was able to narrow down the cause of my 700 efi to the computer causing stalling and backfiring. Now I can't get my hands on a computer nowhere.

I unplugged the wire now it works and the kill switch still works? I'm confused should the kill switch still work?

Man I got a 400 w stroke water cooled and when I turn it over water seems to be mixed with oil coming out of the oiler box. Now the balancer you showed here had oil and water mixed inside

I know this video is pretty old but where did you get a carb for $35? My daughter has the same 4 wheeler and it won't start and I'm thinking it's the carb. I did find a brand new off brand carb on Amazon for pretty cheap, but I worry about the quality.

Another great video, currently working on 2 Polaris 500 sportsman a 1999 and 2004 h.o. tore out the tank, lines, fuel pump, and Pitcock simultaneously. Going back together and looking at how the 1999 fuel lines were run and copied that..Except...the faquing fuel inlet lines are switched from side to side on these carbs. yes, fuel out exhaust donut, etc,. Thanks for the help It took a while for this one.Contacted Niche for fuel inlet info. and they said the upper inlet was for fuel. we now know that was wrong . the fuel inlet is lowest on the carb. didn't matter what side...sure was a head-scratcher. We are waiting for more videos, thanks, Brother.
