I am also Alsatian. My grandfather was from Rechicourt-le-Chateau. . I just returned from Alsace and was able to visit his village. It was the trip of a lifetime!
Nice opinions, but the Civil war hasn't ended. Its two governments fighting, and they are still fighting now. The Republic of China ''Not Taiwan'' Lost the battle to the Chinese Communist Party, but they didn't lose the war. By the way, your information are kind of inaccurate. Example, its a typical civil war, they didn't get kicked out. They retreated because they lost the battle. Both parties has their own problems so stop trying to justify one.
Delta is absolutely awful. Every flight I've taken with them, the flight attendants were incredibly rude to everyone and additionally racist (and I don't ever use that word ever). Many flights, all over the country, different locations and crews.
One world emerald on American is far better program. I think weather was truly a factor with American. You must have a delta reserve credit card allowing you entrance to any delta skyclub. I have American's top tier credit card that allows me in any admiral's club anytime I fly regardless of what class I fly. A lot of your information you provided had missing pieces of the puzzle in your story.
@@howtotravel-tvyes you said PRC and ROC but you also said it is its own country which it is not because there is only one China. The PRC and ROC are two governing entities in the same country. Therefore making Taiwan not a country.
I've got 8 hours (1:30-9:30 on a Monday) and an airport transfer. I'm planning to take a taxit from Laguardia to Freedom Tower. Then another taxi to Newark International. Wish me luck!!
Verified Traveler / Voyageur Verifié is the Precheck in Canada, where people on Global Entry can get prefered service at security filters at select airports.
I’ve used it with my US global entry! However, in the US the airline must be set-up to offer precheck to passengers. Lynx was not, and did not offer the option to register a KTN to access precheck.
I can relate to your travels, my mother was born in Mulhouse and grew up around L'Asace Loraine until she was 10 the moved to Champagne. I was born in France but came to South Africa when I was 10, I'm in my 50's now but L'Asace is definitely on my bucket list!
It’s definitely a little more acquired of a taste. Imo being there is hot and cold Sake, the cold one taste better. Warm liquor has never been much my thing.
