The fact that I watched this whole thing not even intending to watch it fully shows how interesting this guys content is… Not to mention how amazing these animals are
My German shepherd is an anomaly, he’s bigger and weighs more than the average timber wolf, he’s 145lbs and when I saw wolves at my local tractor supply company, they were SMALL
Severe muscles cramps are no joke Cuz I had to fight agonising pain underwater in a swimming pool as I had a sudden and a very painful hamstring g cramp on my right leg and I started to sink down when I tried to fix it I was under water for a whole minute before going to the surface because of how painful 8t was thankfully I didn't drown also my lungs felt like they were about burst like a c4 bomb
4:14 Humpbacks have been observed recently in tandem with Orca pods in hunting strategies! Almost as if a truce were called or it were communicated from Orca to Whale, mindblowing stuff!
5:55 i would likely have died of fear even before it reached me. The amount of weirdly furry inbreed-looking force of aggression... like a nightmare monster. new fear unlocked
6:04 if everything was in slow motion for them that would mean they are super fast. they are super slow, so everything would be in fast forward for them
Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, Thailand! 🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭 Founder Lek Chailert is the most inspiring woman. Over 100 acres for rescued elephants in palliative care so they can live out the remainder of their lives as elephants. Focus is on the respectfully interacting w elephants 🐘 and not prioritizing tourists and pictures. It’s an actual 🐘 sanctuary in the literal definition and not a “sanctuary” like these tourist traps claim to be
I saw the same thing on Discovery channel back in the day. Bull Hippo just ends a baby Hippo in front of its mother and they showed way to much footage then they could show today, and it was sad and traumatic. It was the most disturbing animal footage I’ve seen to this day. Also this is when Discovery channel was Discovery channel, nothing but animal documentaries.
1:55 wasn't this also due to survivorship bias, they studied injuries from cats that got to the vet, but cats that didn't survive the fall weren't brought to the vet bcus well, they're 100% dead
Honestly maned wolves are one of my favorite animals and I will die on that hill Tho one of my friends in highschool looked them up after I told him abt them and he called them "cryptid foxes having an identity crisis" and said that they were "that one random freshman no one knows that shows up at a house party and tries to convince everyone they're a senior when they clearly aren't but everyone's too awkward to ask them to leave so everyone just pretends they aren't there" I cacked for a solid five minutes He looked so fucking confused when he asked if it was a fox or a weirdly colored coyote and I explained that they weren't related to any canines. We wasted a whole class period while he was legit trying to figure out wtf they were bc he refused to believe that they were the only one in their class so he just kept looking and looking online while I just watched and laughed my ass off bc I did not expect him to get so invested in them and watching him just getting more and more frustrated was funny as fuck
Interesting note. They have started raising non poisonous blow fish. Like many poisonous animals it's poison comes from things in their diet in a large part. Part of the reason it is a delicacy is because the small safe part still contains a very small amount of the poison and cause tingling. Basically the same reason dolphins torment them
