Ignorance of the law is never an excuse for the public but the police seem to use it all the time it’s time they had to pay for their own insurance and when they get sued it doesn’t come from the taxpayers money and if they can’t get insurance then they can’t work

Don’t litter, simple as, put it in a bin or take it home..people hate to be held accountable and that’s all part and parcel of todays shitty society.
