There are so many examples of Russia’s preparations being just a joke. Had they just Google Maps instead of old Soviet maps, maybe they wouldn’t have been constantly running out of fuel and getting lost.
Well except the russians are fighting the same way they did 100 years ago. Level everything with artillery and bombs and then just send in "meat waves" where they charge Ukrainian positions in large numbers. It results in heavy casualties but by using their numerical advantage to just overwhelm positions their able to slowly advance. This tactic is not sustainable comrade if the russians don't learn how to actually fight by the time WW3 gets here their losses are going to be insane compared to everyone else just like it always is in every war. The russians are two years into this war and still haven't learned how to do anything other than sacrificing large amounts of men for small gains.

Those helicopters crashed after being shot. In doing so all of the fuel and all of the ammo the helicopter was carrying also explode. So yes, it is normal to see the aircraft completely mangled and in pieces after a crash.
