That has to be the most backwards way I've ever seen some one build stairs... I've built a lot of stairs myself. I'm also thinking you landed the bottom step a bit too close to the door for trim out.
I believe code is 11" min stair tread depth. So, maybe you're note counting for 1" nosing. You seem to have the space, so I'd make them at least 11+". Also recommend adding a 2x4 on the stud wall sides against your stringers to give you space for drywall and skirt board. Cutting skirt board to the stair treads never really works out well. Glue and screw it.
Very nice and awesome build. I am looking to tackle something like this on a vacant property lot I just acquired to store farm equipments and machinery. You gave me such inspiration! Keep it up 👍
I need to pay off loans and I’m willing to go far and work hard. I’m nervous because I have no experience but I’m a honest dude who can work my ass off and I want it.
The split pay is just a way to screw ya out of overtime. Some places pay appropriately based on the week you’re actually working. 14 on 14 off, hitch starts on Tuesday but Friday is the end of the pay period…. ? Nah If they aren’t treating your 14 days in a row as 2 weeks of clocking in/out, they are screwing you over.
My husband works on boat docks and metal buildings. He installs tin sheets. On a project like yours where he was installing and eyebrow on a boat dock, he took the metal sheet panels around the top in straight pieces 7:05 like u have them here (not cut). He left them that way al across the top. When done with the side, he went back with grinder (could also be done with skill saw) and cut across the flat part of the top. It saves ALOT of headache!!
New to the channel. Looking for land now. This will be the first thing I would be build and thanks for making a beginner believe that anything is possible to build....WITH PALLETS!😊
Thank you for making this video sir. I am about to build a small pallet shed also. I have never done this before and at the moment I am considering different ways to assemble the pallets. Watching you put your shed together and hearing your thoughts about the challenges of working with irregular pallets was a good learning experience. My head is now buzzing with new ideas.
Hello I am Adán Ojeda de Gómez Palacio Durango México, your work is good, sorry my inglis no is good, a like it your work, se que das muy buenas esplicaciones, pero no entiendo mucho, sorry, Nice to greet you, bye.
But for someone who was getting good money at one point in the oil Field and is not anymore wow that's a Big Pay cut I can only imagine how bad that sucks
There is no K in fracturing. The evolution of the widespread misspelling is explained in my below comment/reply. Having said that the video has some decent intro info and warnings. I feel most is taught during orientation except for the hours. 100 was an average. I saw many 130 plus hour weeks. Aside from that Halliburton has the absolute best equipment but is the absolute worst company to work for. The crews are bad because they are inexperienced. They are inexperienced because of an excessive turnover rate. The turnover isn't because they are the lowest paying but because they treat employees terribly , are excessively woke and have so many redundant polices it creates gridlock. Then again I don't even know if they still frac. It's been 5 or 6 years since I've seen them.
Thanks for watching! I agree, “fracturing” has no K in the spelling however, I would encourage you to research “Fracking or Fracing”. You will find that the Merriam-Webster definition is spelt with a K and other institutions refer to the word as an inflammatory word meaning there can be multiple spelling of the short-hand for fracturing. I greatly appreciate your input on your oilfield experience. Stay tuned for more content coming soon!!
