Backcountry camping adventures in Canada. Erin & Jon. Almost everything on TV about nature is very produced and largely staged. Hollywood leads society believe it's man vs wild, like a war. Nature can be harsh but want to show the peace in it.
Contact: Being offline a lot, I never have a chance to check inboxes so they're turned off on FB and Insta. The best and really only place to reach us is in RU-vid comments...this is the first thing I try to keep up with.
Brands: We truly appreciate any interest in working with us but at this time we're just focused on making videos about nature.
really hope u got the chance to enjoy the aurora the other night .. may 12this expected to be the best time to view them but saturday was amazing thanks for the content ,love the video
After watching videos, described as "wilderness " camping, of people in their backyard and in park campgrounds, your 10 day adventure in the real wild was a treat. Thank you!👍
Being with you there, in my imagination, is an amazing experience..thanks for that... I wonder if in your opinion, based on your experience and your friends (Xander for example) can it be some truth in the BF myth? Can you share with us any thoughts about it?
Wow Jon that was beautiful! I've never really been a fan of the boreal forest, more the Great Lakes/St. Lawrence forest( White pines, Red pines etc.) but this trip of yours really showed the beauty of the area and so much healthy forest not all burned up. Wabikimi is on my list of places to go. Thanks!
Jon, watching you and Erin interact on your trips reminds me a lot of my wife and I. We do a lot together and it is super easy for us. Thank you, for sharing yalls experiences.
We have watched your videos when you see the northern lights and how much that means to you. Last night was our first time seeing them in Montana and the experience was something we will never forget. Amazing. We just wanted to share. We appreciate everything the two of you do to bring us great videos.
John, really enjoyed this episode it seemed so desolate and spooky at times.. Quick question if you don't mind.; What kind of camera is it that you and Xander use with the telephoto lens? Keep on keeping on it.
Be increasing soon My friends drumming podcast cast I supported has ended. So that frees up about 20.00 a month! His families band took off! His pop is Phil Campbell ( from Motörhead) They're touring about 300 nights a year. I love this channel
This is truly an incredible documentary. Your filming, expression, presentation style is interesting, informative, humorous, and full of the natural wonderment of nature that we all have found in watching this Incredible Journey. Perhaps the Wolves found the trout, trailed you giving honor. As you mentioned they understand Power, yes, as we do. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, for listening to your inner voice. There are no accidents in life; chance and destiny collide to provide what YOU WILL. You are an Explorer. Good on ya!
This is one of the best videos on RU-vid that I've ever had the pleasure to watch. What a brilliant trip. This Aussie is jealous that you have such great lakes to kayak around and camp at. Your stress levels must have been minus 50 by the end. You can keep the bears, though. 😲
Want to thank you for taking time to make this. Deserves so many more views. Especially regarding "compassion". One thing I and many other notice is the genuine "thank you" or similar when either catching to cook or release. You're doing a good thing. :)
Hello, I happened to see your channel one day and must say I thought it was so awesome that I just subscribed and hit the like button!! I'm a nature person and grew up on a farm in NJ and I also hiked in our woods there, nothing like in your adventures though. I liked how you collected the trash here and there that's a plus, our wildlife and nature should be more respected than people leaving their trash around thanks for helping the environment !! Im looking fwd to watching more of your awesome videos, they make me feel like I was right there in nature! Love your respect for all wildlife and how you let the fish live. Im a true believer that everything has its purpose in life !! Bravo !!!
I just moved in the area and wounding were the best spots to spot bears? Just bought the wife this freaking camera that coats almost as much as my rent so kinda wanna see what it can do
Hey!!, I live in North Bay and I am so addicted to your videos. The quality, commentating, videography keep me hooked, and the fact I live close to some of the vids is cool. Hopefully we will see you out there, we kayak, camp and fish on a regular, keep up the amazing addictive work Cheers Nelson
