"We've been boarded. The Vidiians are on the verge of taking over our ship. Are they on yours?" "No. We don't think they can detect our ship. Captain, we can have a security detachment cross the spatial rift and board your ship within five minutes." "No. If we do that, the Vidiians might become aware of your Voyager. That would put both ships at risk." "We can't stand by and let you all be killed." "I'm not about to let that happen. I'll destroy this ship." "But... that will kill you all, which is the thing I just said I can't stand by and allow to happen?" "Annoying, aren't I?"
This Is before all that politically correct woke crap there's no way they have the balls to do this scene nowadays. Hell I can't even get specific in this comment without youtube deleting it I've tried twice
The "BANEANS" were a civilization native to the planet Banea, in the galaxy's Delta Quadrant. They were rivals with the neighboring Numiri. The Banean government had an unusual way of punishing convicted murderers: they were forced to relive the act repeatedly through memory implants.
@@MsAmber82 actually, My husband and his father are both Ex-military! My husband is an artist with firearms and military communications. My husband owns a private security firm full of veterans and men who served alongside him in the South African National defense forces. So he would be part of the resistance or even a founding member!
This was one of the first series of Sarah Connor's Chronicles, when John haven't met Summer Glau yet and is not aware of her origin or entity. This was a great show. Miss it. :'(
1:03 Terminator takes 3/4 9mm bullets and is disabled for the next 5 minutes ..... Arnie in T1 takes 5 shotgun slugs to the chest close range, go's through a window and stands up within 10 seconds.
Gotta say, something like that would likely traumatize those kids more than a school shooting would... Also, it's cheesy AF. Why wouldn't he just walk in there with a gun tucked in his trousers by his arse and say something like "Hello, the principle wants to see John Reese" When he gets up he shoots him... Not a very good Terminator 😅 Terminators in this show must do dick moves to move it onwards 😆😝
the thing every Terminator movie gets wrong...conservation of momentum...there is no way that a circa 800 pounds cyborg can stop an accellerating 30000 pounds truck just standing still in its way.
What the fuck does the weight of the truck have anything to do with it it's a powerful Terminator its legs can actually just push the truck back you're not using your head too much are you
Someone has done a very good job of choosing scenes that really show how good the series was. I don’t watch the DVDs that I have, but I think it’s a really good series and I don’t know if all the story parts were resolved.
How could Harry continue living knowing that his ship was destroyed? How can Harry get through everything without having a constant existential crisis?
What if...Terminator the Sarah Connor chronicles TV series staring Linda Hamilton and Edward furlong or kept the same actor playing as John Reese or had Nick stahl?
Kyle Reese was the father of this version of Jhon Connor, timelines were different even in the original movies and also this series, the "no fate" make this stand, time travelers fell in to this timeline traps, to stop this, even machine AI's learn to do a "good skynet" as Jhon Henry, to break this infinite loop of defeat of skynet vs Jhon Connor.
This show has aged well. Too bad it was ended at season 2. Also, the budget should have been greatly increased to a big budget hollywood blockbuster. After all, it is marketed as a continuation of T2, as an aftermath. And a good choice for the boy actor from 7th Heaven, he has Edward Furlong looks.
One of those casualties of the time when network execs didn't know what great material they had - losing this and Firefly are probably the best (worst?) examples of managerial ineptitude back in the day. And now we have the deliberate destruction of things that used to be good ... and the blame is put on the audience for not liking the crap that they are making.
1:40 -- You would think a machine this advanced would be able to run and catch up with the kid in about three seconds. Then the rest of the story would have been totally unnecessary.
