No you're wrong. First of all arthritis has nothing to do with food or exercise. 2nd of all if the arthritis is caused by an autoimmune disease you can't cure it you can only help the symptoms
Actually, exercising can absolutely play a massive role in preventing or managing arthritis and autoimmune diseases. A whole foods diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 fatty acids, can definitely reduce inflammation and support joint health. Also helps with autoimmune disease…lots of research to support it. The point here is to show how our medical system doesn’t treat root causes…mostly symptoms. It’s catastrophic for our nation.
@@peterfeysa1633 BTW no disrespect to anyone I'm just sharing my knowledge About arthritis and autoimmune diseases as a doctor who has seen hundreds of patients with arthritis
@@abdoflaha5006 Let me teach you something: *Me and my brother suffer both from rheumatoid arthritis with positive anti-CCP-AK's due to an IRF5 gene variation but while he still suffers despite immunosuppressants I put it into full remission by fixing my diet. Same genes but different outcomes because I fixed the root cause while he's treating the symptoms.*
A lot of people are unaware of the role our gut bacteria plays in digestion. The microbes living inside of us do a lot of the heavy lifting in breaking down our foods into usable nutrients and energy. It's why a rabbit, which has a fermenting gut, can extract calories, vitamins, and minerals from hay, which is non-nutrative to humans.
In the video the last part tells you…so simple! 1. High fiber foods like fruits and veggies 2. Variety of veggies and fruits - thrives on a big array of foods not just a few
“Complex carbs, it’s your body’s preferred source of energy.” Any evidence that it is not fat? Then you called Veggies “fiber and nutrients” You don’t need fiber and vegetables have almost no vitamins compared to animals.
Good questions! Without carbs, your body will “flatten out.” It’s literally the thing that allows you to shape your muscles. Jay Cutler Mr Olympia goes into this at great length with this (RU-vid it). As for fiber, it cleans out your intentions and is absolutely necessary for your gut microbiome. My next video is all about it so stay tuned. Fiber is the number one ingredient obese and overweight people are missing according to research. But great questions…your body can run on fat but not in high intensity workouts. Body runs more efficiently on pure clean carbs.
Perfect! You simply add bigger portion sizes to the same meal…or if you’re really disciplined, simply eat multiple meals of this per day. Jay Cutler, one of the biggest Olympia champs, ate 10 of these types of meals per day with slightly more carbs. All about adding more calories with clean nutrients when adding mass
this isn’t going to work for anyone but a specific amount of people everybody has a different metabolism, body size, and exercise a different amount which all contribute to a different maintenance caloric intake. it’s not a one size fits all type of deal. each person needs a different amount of food to suit their personal needs. although you are very wrong with the statement that this meal plan will help everyone lose weight at a safe level i do like that you are keeping it balanced in terms of macro nutrients
Great point! I hear you for sure. I said in the video “for the average person” and to be fair, I’ve personally given this plan to literally hundreds of my clients with amazing results. Not a study, not simply an opinion, but with my own eyes I’ve seen this work miracles many times over. You see, most Americans are obese and overweight. Taking in over 3000-3500 per day. This meal helps people reduce calories by up to 1200 per day. Pretty crazy!
Fiber is NOT a nutrient! Fiber is not digested and is only pooped out! I eat 2-3 lbs of fatty red meat per day and lost 75 lbs in 9 months and have kept it off for years
@@peterfeysa anecdotal isn’t science though. The science shows that men have a higher metabolic rate than women at the same rate so you’re either cutting into the progress of women or you’re having men lose weight at an unhealthy rate. Sure, both sexes can lose weight assuming they’re in a deficit but that doesn’t make it a smart deficit
If you eat less calories, you’ll loose weight. This weight is fat, muscle and other stuff on your body, but primarily fat. If you eat less, move more, you will loose a bit more fat. If you eat less, move more and lift weights, you will loose fat while retarding the process of muscle loss. If you eat less, move more, lift weights and eat plenty of protein you will loose a bit more fat and retard even more or even gain muscle. Weightlifting doesn’t burn calories. And if you think that doing cardio is enough to lose weight, you’d be wrong. You just need to eat less. Calorie Deficit = eating less than what your body needs to mantain weight Calorie Surplus = eating more than what your body needs to mantain weight.
there have been many many studies over the years in this area. One study cannot debunk it...it can lead to different considerations. Thats "science." Check out just one study from the International Journal of Sports Medicine. It showed that ingesting carbs right after a workout can help performance. Delaying consumption of carbs by as much as two hours reduces the rate of muscle glycogen resynthesis by as much as 50%. That's huge, and clinical trials have shown this. And... This is just one study out of so many different studies. But I get your point, there is a lot of studies that come out, that refute old research. It's good to see many different studies to see if it's actually true and to formulate your own opinions
@@peterfeysa I appreciate the well worded reply. I am sorry for being so blunt and rude. Science is ever evolving. This is especially true for something as new as exercise science.
More sleep is ALWAYS a go to. Eat more (protein too and don't be greedy with the fruits and vegetables). NO sugary stuff. I'd recommend (what I did) still work out slightly at home. Like not so much that you lose weight but enough so you also start building a few muscles with the added weight.
@@GhostPlaysCodm slight problem though, I need to work out to increase my height 😅😅 and going to school with my backpack is a Minor Workout in itself 😂🤣😂🤣
For sure…it takes a certain amount of pain to get you to take massive action like this. Meaning, most people who come train with me reach a breaking point where they’re fed up being who they are…and are will to get to work
@peterfeysa yeah... that ain't me. Dieting and diet culture has only given me trauma and unhealthy attachments to food. I'm not risking more trauma for "the prefect bod".
@@AroAceEnbyTasteI hear you. Diet culture has created a lot of problems so understandable. This is a more healthy approach …and honestly small steps leads to long term success instead of huge changes
