I lost 35 kg's and I can definitely vouch for fiber - eat more fiber people. I would eat quite a lot of it, my diet was mostly protein, fiber, fats and carbs. Emphasis on the fiber. And drink lots of water.

Great call, and good work. When increased fiber I could barely keep up with fat loss…it was startling.

@@peterfeysa And when you throw in 18-20 hour fasting for 5-6 days of the week, the weight just disappears. Honestly in principle it's not hard but some discipline is obviously required,.

@@DeadGlassEyesno doubt. Taking into account the goals…too much fasting without resistance and protein etc, just gives you weight loss - not just fat loss. You’ll lose weight and also muscle if not careful. But true…fasting will for sure help you lose weight.

@@peterfeysa I am big into resistance bands. But yes I would lift hard 3 days a week, full body, torturous stuff. Great channel btw, stumbled on it recently.
