need your help Looking at 3 vacs Eufyx10.. seems to be Best Buy for the buck, however I have long pile carpet, is there the ability to do 2 routine/ schedules a day, so it can only vac the carpets and then once charged (don’t care how long but then vacuum and mop the hardwood. Because when mopping I’ll need to avoid carpets setting due to the long pile Also looking at the t30s which is just about the same price but think the navigation is better on the eufy and the eufy is still a bit cheaper. But the t30s has a vacuum carpets first and then will wet the mops and avoid the carpets. Which is what I’m looking for Last choice is the l20 Dreame, all the benefits it seems of both vacuum but not sure if I want to spend 1000 on a vacuum. But love the idea of leaving the mops in the station when on carpets

Excellent video. It was a few years ago; hope I'm not too late! I hadn't used my Tiles for a while. I have the square ones, probably “Pro” because they’re smooth, although I have long since lost the packaging. I recently lost my car keys. Put fresh batteries in the two Tiles I do have (the third obviously is on the key chain). Did the disconnect/reconnect WiFi on my Android phone (Pixel 6) that was recommended by others. Also shut off / restarted the phone. When I launch the app, it goes straight to the "Add a Device" screen. I touch the " + " symbol. The screen gives three options: "Tile Devices", "Lost & Found Label" and "Shop Now". I click on "Tile Devices" (I assume that's what I want?) It goes to "Activate Tile". The green arrow points to the various types of Tile in succession. When I hit "Next", it goes to the “three Tile” screen with the Tiles rotating around one at a time, like your video shows. But then, nothing. It sits there for up to half an hour. No beeps, no tunes, no connection. If I double-click on the Tile, it gives the “da-DAH-da” beep sequence six times, then a harsher beep sequence, then nothing. I contacted Customer Service, got a reply telling me essentially what you're saying here. Still no change. I feel I'm missing something simple, but have no clue! HELP!
The S1 Pro is my first robot vacuum. We have a new home with no carpeting and floors that we could not get clean. Vinyl fake hardwood planks and tile flooring. This guy has us with clean feet and socks in 3 cleanings. The first couple times the wastewater was nasty, but no more. I absolutely love this guy. I never considered a robot before due to the absence of a really good mopping technology. The robot is very quiet. It will find its docking station no matter where it is located. We put it in the laundry room. It does make noise flushing out the dirty water and refilling the clean. The vacuum to empty dust bin is also noisy. Just locate it away from the TV. Awesome device cannot say enough. I used their $99.00 flex program. Warranty as long as I have it and can turn in or upgrade at any time. C

Wrong screen to make the claim that daylight makes a tv the better choice. High contrast fresnel lens screens are $200 now making them just as usable as a led tv... especially if your TV has glares and reflections from windows.
Laugh my a.. off it has razor blades this is for shaving a centimeters off the blade of grass. This is not meant to cut grass I never saw a clip of it actually cutting anything. Looks like a waste of money 🤔

All the ones you mentioned are Bluetooth trackers and do not have GPS or cellular communication; they only connect via Bluetooth to a nearby phone. Next, if you have an iPhone, you'll want to find a tracker that works with Apple Find My. The Tile Slim only works with the Tile app, and they charge for additional features that every other brand provides for free. However, it can work on iPhone or Android using the Tile app so if you have Android get the Tile Slim. The Orbit card in this video, which was created years ago, only works with the Orbit app. It is outdated and no longer updated, so the Orbit card is out. However, the company has started making trackers for the Apple Find My network, but their new card is sold out. Their website says it has a sealed battery that lasts 3 years, but I haven't tested it. The Apple Find My network is great, so both the Ace Card and KeySmart SmartCard are good options. I prefer the KeySmart SmartCard because it can be recharged every 5 months and has a slit to attach it to a lanyard or keypass. Great question. Maybe I need to do a video on them. Obviously, if you need/want the handheld, the Ecovacs T30S is the way to go and worth the cost to have that accessory. As far as cleaning ability, they are about the same. The Dreame L20 has auto detergent, but you'll have to buy it from them. Dreame also can leave behind the mopping pads if you find that useful. However, Dreame is also a lot more expensive at the current time (not including the handheld), so it's hard to say those two features are worth the extra cost. LOL! I bought this lock because it has a simple modern style to it. I love this lock because it is free of of all buggy crap the more expensive smart locks were grinding me down with. Everything works as expected. No lagging. No errors. Fastest response of any smart lock I've owned. Works with cheap as dirt MIFARE Classic 1k NFC cards or fobs. Ridiculously long battery life. And easily keyed to my Schlage key.

No, I haven't seen any other vacuum that would be 100% maintenance-free when it comes to hair around the brush roller. The second would be the Dreame's newer vacuums that come with the TriCut Brush roller and the Eufy X10 that has the Auto-Detangling Roller Brush, but both of them still require some hair maintenance, although it's reduced.
My question is about the cleaning solution, are you forced to buy only DREAME cleaning solution for the L20 and for how long does this cleaning solution lasts???
There is one thing to consider, and that is the soap getting slippery for the wheels. Be aware of that. Any soap for the floors will do, except when it requires after rinsing or corrosive to metals.

After having this camera for 2 years it stop connecting to wifi, no matter what I did it still dropping the signal and stay offline. Stay away from this product.

Very good review, keep it up. Can't wait to get mine. Regarding the roller though, I have an X10 and X9. Unlike the X10, the X9 has the same type of rubberized roller brush as the S1. The X9 does *extremely well* with hair tangles compared to the regular rollers. However, it is not as good at picking up shorter hair.
Physicall yes, If you're handy, you can jerry rig it to a roof top once you remove the solar panel and place it elsewhere. But there is no way to turn the footage 180° in the app that I have found. Also the extra heat from the roof will kill it in no time, so I wouldn't recommend it.
What do you mean the open part has always been up? Even in the video it shows up. The issue is the joist runs in one direction and the wires go the other way jumping from joist to joist. Thus the mount its flush to the joist and and the mount is pointed in the wrong direction. There was some places like at 12:36 on the blocking between the joist that was facing the correct direction that I could use them but I don't have many places like that that so I had to use electrical wire nail in clips on all the joist. Let me know what if I'm missing something.
@@ModernDayTech When you're mounting on a vertical surface, the clip works easily. But if you need to mount on horizontal (like the bottom edge of a joist), turn the hook over. That way the open part of the "J" faces up instead of down.
I just bought one for $106 on sale (definitely wasn't going to spend $400+ on this). My issue was to see if the carriers would facilitate this box. So, I watched a few videos to make a decision and I figure even though it could be a 50/50 that they would use it there would also be more use to this box than meets the eye. Let say if you have someone you know drop something off at your house while you are not there or you have to leave in a hurry but don't want to leave whatever it is that you are leaving in the open then you can put it in the box. Definitely worth $100.
I've had my S1 Pro for a month or so now and we love it. You are spot on about the mopping ability. While it does not do corners well in everyday life for us that is not a big deal. It is quite exceptional and navigating as close as it possible can to anything in its way, and its low profile allows it to go under things that might be a challenge for other robot vaccums.
The Switchbot S10 that I reviewed (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vueEwrTB9sw.html) does have the same type of rolling mop and constantly cleans itself, but its roller is about 2/3 the size, making it even less effective at mopping the edges and corners. Although on the main body of your floors you will have the same experience, it does a great job at mopping. What I love about the Switchbot is the auto refill and empty feature, which is a game changer between the two. Although the robot has a smaller roller, it is actually bigger in overall size and height, so keep that in mind too. Maybe I'll do a comparison of the two on the other channel.
I am planning to buy eufy cam 3 4k. I want to install one outside and one inside the house. Will ot work the one inside the house ? Even there is no sunlight direct to the solar panel.
I’m trying to get a vacuum that will avoid puppy accidents but properly mop as well. Is this Narwal the way to go or Roomba J9 but it has a pad that just drags on the ground and doesn’t scrub. Or is there a model? I’m not even thinking of is the better way to go?
Narwal is the last one I would choose for puppy accidents. It’s the worst at obstacle avoidance. I would also stay away from anything that just drags a pad. That’s not clean to me. Narwal does a good job at mopping but not much better than other rotating mops. There is a new breed of mopping starting to come to market. SwitchBot's obstacle avoidance is good but not great, so I wouldn’t recommend it for homes with pets that have puppies. Although the Switchbot has the plumbling feature that's awesome. The best at obstacle avoidance is the Eufy X10 - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gaMdTDmFav8.html, but it still has rotating mopping heads, which are good but not the as good as rolling mop head with a on board fresh and dirty water tanks. So if you want the rolling mop and the Eufy obstacle avoidance, I would recommend my next video on the Eufy S1 Pro. However, due to the rolling mop, it’s not great at edges or corners, but otherwise, it’s awesome. I just didn’t like the mopping but maybe it’s OK for light work ? I’ll look into the one you mentioned, but does it have a guarantee just in case it ran over puppy accidents?
@@davecook4266 Sure, here's the revised text with corrections for spelling and grammar: No, not that I know of, but I've always been skeptical of companies that give those types of guarantees. If you read the fine print, you'll often find something not kosher: shipping costs both ways, deductibles, replacements with remanufactured products that were owned and used by other people, weeks to months of waiting for a replacement, and overall red tape and hassle to get a replacement only to find that it's not covered. Plus, it's not the end of the world to clean the vacuum yourself. Sure, it's nasty, but that's just part of having a puppy. I'd rather have a better mopping system than some BS guarantee. That's my two cents.
So its real comes down to what features you are looking for and what your willing to spend. The newest vacuums will always have a premium price so if your looking for the Extendable and Liftable Side Brush then you'll have to pay the price for that premium feature. No other vacuum that I've test can clean corners like the X40, but is a little motorized arm worth that price, no, but having clean corners is. So if youre willing to clean the corners yourself, then getting one of the older models is better and worth the price. Firgure out what you have to have "feature wise" and that will guide you the best.
