Added this one to "whatch later" when I was 1 month post-op. Heard you say "try this 3 months post op", closed it... and then forgot about it completely 😅 I'm more than a year post op now, ans I finally tried it today. It was an absolute delight!! Very straightforward, challenging, but also doable. Thank you so much, Mar! ❤
Thanks for the feedback! We're thrilled to hear you're having fun and excited to see your progress - keep it up! And don’t be so hard on yourself. This is NOT an easy experience and you’re body is going to thank you for it 💪
Hey, Mar here! This is a great question, and I wish I had a magic exercise to share with you! The unfortunate truth is that dog ears are created by excess skin and scar tissue, which are two types of tissue that aren’t minimized with exercise or weight loss. If it’s a concern, you can definitely talk to your surgeon about it; I know plenty of people who have had revisions with much success! I hope this helps - good luck and keep up the good work!
Just got the board today-ugh, my legs are WEAK! May have to shorten the board for a couple weeks or so till I get my strength built back up. Hamstrings and inner thighs are squeaking from the 10-minute workout, what fun I have to look forward to:-)
Haven’t lifted a weight ever. Hate exercise. Looking for quick easy doable routine to start with and I think this may be it (minus that last part lol) Like your not in your face energy. Thank you.
Am seeing this ad several times a day, it seems, and am about ready to take the plunge, so to speak-quality seems top-notch and a good investment for the future of my health! Am trying to decide where i will store it as under the couch is not a possibility-behind the loveseat, maybe?

We did a big survey of our users a year ago and the vast majority wanted no music so they could play whatever they liked best! We do have *some* workouts with music you can try out: ru-vid.com/group/PLb_9mNmiUfKNR32wEnxcKm_XfnPVoEIKT
Hello, Lisa! If you want further details on what sets us apart from other slide boards on the market, feel free to send us an email at support@thebrrrn.com or visit our website (thebrrrn.com). But I think this recent review says it all: "When I decided to buy a slide board, I did a lot of research. The one thing I did NOT want was to end up with a "cheaply-built" board that falls apart after short usage. I chose the Brrrn Board because, based on that research, it seemed like it was the real deal. And I can tell you, this board is a quality product. It is solid, well-designed, and very well-made. It shows no signs of wear after 4 months of aggressive usage. I'm very confident that I'll still be saying that after 4 years, and beyond. I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice. 5 stars! - John M."
If you’re under 6’6, 6ft is the length for you. It’s based on height. And we have a bumper that adjusts to 5ft to get you started if sliding is new to you.
I think this the first time I've seen that pushup move where the arms separate like that. It looks hard but beneficial. Especially the way a lot of our postures have been over the years.
I was today years-old when I learned that you can adjust the length of the slide. I also watched this while seated and did the seated spinal twist in my chair. It was a good stretch.
