I grew up in a household filled with good food and music. The two go together like hot bread and butter. I have memories of late night jam sessions with music notes flying, the smell of something tasty baking in the oven, and a line of family and friends gathered around our kitchen table. They always came back for a second plate. Music and baking: both an art form, a form of self expression, and above all, both are made with love. Happy Baking!

Thanks! I’ve made this recipe with homemade pumpkin puree and it works great. I roasted little sugar pumpkins in the oven and made a nice thick puree in a food processor, and used the same amount the recipe calls for. Let me know if you make one 🙂 I hope you enjoy! Hello! Any flavor of pudding would work, but I would suggest trying vanilla pudding with chopped toasted almonds or pistachios and a drop of almond flavoring. You could also add a drop of green food coloring or natural alternative green coloring. Lemon and chocolate are popular flavors for this dessert too. Thank you for watching! Does the attachments from the 9speed handmixer fit into the cordless one? As the beaters provided by the cordless mixer (which j just purchased) are way too short for the work that I do 😢 Someone please help!
I don’t have the 9speed to check for myself, but I did find this info on the KitchenAid website. From what I’ve read, the attachments you have should fit the cordless model as well. I know it's not mandatory that I use your pie crust recipe, but I use a recipe for pie crust that has been handed down for about 80 years, and I have watched other pie video recipes, and I have never seen a pie crust made without an egg. This pie did look very good though. I may try it, using my crust recipe
This recipe works well using any pie crust of your choice. I’ve made it using several different crust recipes. It’s pretty common to see pie crusts made without eggs. I enjoy making crusts of all kinds. All butter pie crust, old fashioned shortening, a blend of the two, crusts made with an egg, all sorts. I hope you enjoy the filling and topping. It is NOT true there is no sugar!! There's MORE sugar (called fructose) in one banana than in a can of coke! Then you have honey -- another sugar -- then, if you have flour or oats, there's enough sugar in this muffin to put a person into a diabetic coma! CARBS ARE SUGAR, dude. Sugar comes in more forms than the white, granulated stuff. All bodies turn carbs into glucose which is SUGAR. Time to do some homework darlin' so you're not deceived and misleading other's.
@pearlyq3560 I have not made any claims that this is a diabetic friendly, keto, or low carb recipe. I clearly state in the title that this recipe is sweetened with honey. In the first few seconds of the video, I state that this muffin is sweetened with honey and the natural sweetness of banana. This recipe does not contain processed granulated sugar. By no means am I trying to mislead anyone. There are many low carb, keto, and diabetic friendly recipes on RU-vid. I hope you find what you’re looking for.

One time while house sitting for a friend, I couldn’t find a rolling pin in their kitchen so I used a can of Pam covered in parchment. 🙃 it worked, and the cookies turned out great!…but I really do love my JK Adam’s pin. Will this work if I only use 1 package of instant yeast? (7 grams ) OR do I have to use a whole Tablespoon? (17.07 grams) I usually only use 1 package of instant yeast to make bread and it works.
I’ve never tried using that amount in this recipe, but I would think it would work. One packet contains 2 1/4 tsp, and there are 3 tsp. in one Tablespoon. You would only be 3/4 tsp. short. I should try that sometime. It may just require a little extra rise time. Thanks for watching!

I made 3 batches of these cookies and they are a hit! The only thing I did differently is make smaller cookies so that I can give them as gifts to a lot of people. I have some dough in the fridge to bake today and I’m making the big ones. This recipe is a keeper! Thank you times a billion. Also, your website is wonderful. The recipes are easy to find and read.

I just made these. Baked 4 in our air fryer. When "done", had to flip them over for 5 minutes - the bottom half did not get done. I think this is the second time I have done these. They are very good.
