I just got one from Costco today and it's great. I found your vid looking to find out how the peanut butter moose has such a creamy cheese cake type consistency. You answered my question, a block of cream cheese. 😁 You for sure nailed the look too. Your skills are professional.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly! My peanut butter layer didn't turn out as nice b/c I placed all the PB layer ingredients in the bowl at once. Edit: I added more heavy cream bit by bit until I'd mixed in another cup and it made it fluffier. So, if you make the same mistake, this is how I've fixed it. The consistency now looks the same as in the video. Also, I'll sift the powdered sugar next time.

This was marvelous and very delicious! I just made this yesterday for mothers day and everyone loved it, it was gone in no time haha! Only thing i did different was add half cup less of powdered sugar and only 2 tbsp of sugar, i cant stand when sweets are TOO sweet, i think it was perfect and i cant wait to make it agian, thank you!

Hi! Several people have made it and loved it! I’d say it’s pretty close,…some have even said they like it better. Make sure to follow the steps when mixing, and chill a few hours or overnight before serving. It’s a new favorite! Let me know if you make it, and thanks for watching! 🤗

Looks amazing but I was wondering, does it have a cream cheese taste to it? And does it taste like cheese cake much because my mom really wants to try this but she does not like cream cheese or cheese cake much.

Hi! Everyone says it tastes like a fluffy peanut butter cup. With all the peanut butter and chocolate, you really don’t taste the cream cheese.
