A rare mower for sure! 😊

A man after my own heart, my grandson and i just pulled a john deere out of a old shed has been sitting for 8+ yrs. Had to power- wash it cuz it was covered in coon poo. Has a K-series 14 hp Kawasaki engine, got running is now a work in progress!! Gary C.in Ind.

Even with new parts and labor that will be a nice tractor when done. Keep up the solid videos. That ceiling winch will save your back a many times. Working smarter not harder.

I have 2 lawn/garden tractors?? 12" rear rims. Not same width. ??? If to upgrade to Ag tires. What would you upgrade to?? Thank you for sharing education. Great hoist tool upgrade too.

My junk yard 111 find , the only thing that was wrong with mine was that valve clips were worn out,and dropped the exhaust valve.

I put them bolt on crossbar and ball joints on a nice mower i was saleing dtl 3000..And i had a daily dtl 3000 well when i cut grass..Anyways i rode both and the one i did that to like it had power steering..Huge diff..I seen a old video of poor mans power steering.2 washer and a thrust bearing in between..Goes right where you bolt spindle on..Kid said he paid 5 bucks for them..Sorry for the rant 2 am in Bama ..Need me sand blaster machine. .Nice..Enjoyed..ty

I had the 116. Blew the engine & had another 18hp to drop in. Pulley swapped it, & it would do 15mph. No brakes, but it was fun to drive.

I think the reason that carburetor wasn't right was because that engine has been replaced at some point with a 12-horse from something else

You're using the wrong style fuel filter if that carb is gravity fed.
