Thanks to our Kickstarter supporters the adventures began in 2017, when we visited all 2,563 stations in Britain (England, Wales and Scotland), followed by all 198 stations of Ireland and Northern Ireland, and then the Isle of Man in 2019.

I totally understand why Sir Peter put a modern cummins engine in, but, nothing can ever replace the sound of the original AEC engines. If you own a Routemaster you need the correct soundtrack to go with it.
i have to say, geoff and vikki inspired me to start travelling on trains more, since, i’ve fallen in love with trains, and fast forward 5-6 years later i’ve travelled pretty much, the whole of the uk by train, least used stations, request stops etc, thank you g+v <3
My mum was born just round the corner from Rugley Station in the Pear Tree Estate her father (my beloved Grandad) was a miner and was often in Lea Hall. Used to love going to the town in 80s/90s as a kid. Grandad took me up Cannock Chase as a kid. Beloved memories of Rugley.(Had to get train to Lichfield then meet my uncle for lift to Pear Tree, Rugley)
I was in Italy a few weeks ago on a coach tour with my parents, the whole trip included a trip by train from the hotel we were staying in to Florence , so do all the stations in Italy
A little bit of a fact for you if you didn’t know no.15 / mnr no.4 Caledonia from the steam railway had a siding at Bungalow for when she went back and worked on the line in 1995
Just revisiting, I never completed this series, but as a Leeds dweller and ex-Keighleyen who's travelled the Settle/Carlisle line many times, I thought I'd give this a watch. The subtitles on this are mad! Trying to watch with the sound off and it's nearly impossible! What I assume is Vicki saying you can change from the mainline to Keighley Worth Valley Railway was transformed to "direct click of the purple sky with the worth money." ?!? Bonkers.

Forgive my bluntness, dear otherwise engaging presenter Vicki but... You are selling these poor souls short, very short in fact. As others have mentioned, a quick look at a map would have helped you to find the Brookwood stations one-time locations. Photos of the main one are a sight to behold. A little thought would have had you rephrase your jarring juxtaposition of "... the dead bodies could be transported..." (02:00) and "... family of the dead could travel with the body ..." (03:09). Overarchingly worst/most slap dash of all is not even showing historical images of the station itself or alternatively sticking your phone out the train window and firing off a few snaps of the still existing stub of track as the train you were on left Waterloo. Poor. Cd do and have in the past done much better for your loyal viewers.
This venue ( UK , Brookwood Necropolis , Surrey ) was used in the 1970's ( ? ) , by courting couples and folks that like to ( experiment ? ) with mind altering chemicals .. ( in their automobile , of course ) .. happy days .. ( ? ) ..... DAVE™🛑
My least favourite luas stop is red cow story at 1 like Story I was waiting for a bus for 55 minutes there as well as losing a bag and whenever I go there it gives me flashbacks of that
