Hi. Just wanted to thank you for your review of Munich. We were there in May and saw many of the sights you mentioned. We also explored the Olympic Park and a few castles just outside the city. Thank you again. Charlie from Tucson, Arizona
Miami is beautiful but can be a hit and miss with a side order of attitude lol! I hope you have an amazing time on your cruise! Greetings from Tampa Bay !
I worked Valet there at the Renaissance from August 2022 until May 2023 and honestly the staff were fun to interact with and everyone was cool. Seeing this made me excited to see some of the staff that I knew at the front desk 😂
Great informative video. My wife and I visited Munich and Salzburg in Dec 2023 as well. Fortunately, we got out of Munich before their big snowfall. That area is magical during the Christmas season. We just booked another trip for Munich/Salzburg/Berchtesgaden this December. I def plan on visiting the silent night chapel. And I agree that Augustiner is the best beer in the world.....Cheers!
I have 12 days of biz trip coming up in Paris and happen to book the same hotel. Thank you for the awesome heads up and always wish you all a safe journey!
Thanks for the video. We have a wedding coming up at the Marriot Sawgrass and then we're going to the Ritz for a quick stay. Very helpful. Enjoy your summer.
Let me help you out there are three different types of airliners when it comes to commercial Ocho, which would be spirit frontier local carriers, such as JetBlue southwest and Main carriers the legacy ones such as Delta American United
You wont hear people from munich complain about Andechser beer. Its just a 30 minute trip with the S-Bahn to Ammersee lake. A famous daytrip location for locals. Actually i would even say they have the best dark beer. But with this logic Erding isnt in Munich too or Freising (Weihenstephan) (the airport is between Erding and Freising) or Tegernseer. They are also half an hour away by S-Bahn and Tegernseer 20 minutes more by train. But we consider them local beers. And most breweries were established by monks. Augustiner, Franziskaner, Weihehstephan, Andechs were all monks. Munich was build by monks in the first place. Even the name Munich stems from the word for monks which is mönch and the local name for Munich is München. I think the first building of the city was a monastery. Actually way back in the day Augsburg was the big town not munich where today Munich is way bigger.
For a long time I had a wish to see Europe and its culture .people living standard. Now today I would like to thanks u for helping to make a visit of French city leyon. I enjoyed a lot during watching this great vedeo. How fine old archtecture of city . How nice greenary over there. Nice river. Everything is fascinating. During watching it seemed that I was live there. Again thanks 👍. I fom India.
Really good stuff guys. 👏👏 Like you I try the local dishes but they aren't to everyone's taste, so kudos for having a go. We have made friends with Greeters in a couple of French cities & visit Lyon next month so they will no doubt introduce us to more gastronomic offal!! La Tassee is right near where we stay but seems is now closed which is a shame.
Great video 👍. Lived in Portugal 🇵🇹 for 16 years. There's a cultural divide between Super Bock and Sagres. Some towns you can't find one or the other. Super Bock reminds me of drunken nights as a student, with piss and vomit on the dark side streets of Coimbra. Sagres is more of a civilized libation, for adults and intellectuals, yelling at the TV screen on European nights of football ⚽. Lisbon is one of the great capitals of the world, and still underrated, despite its newfound popularity with tourists. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦. Venha vinho.
Thanks for tuning in and breaking down the Portugal beer 🍺 scene!! I liked both actually but if I had to pick one for me personally it would be Super Bock. Would love to live in Portugal someday…who knows. Glad you enjoyed the video!!
Thank you for the beautiful, informative video on this property. You guys had such a nice time with friends and family. I look forward to visiting the Omni.
Do you mind saying what the exact name of your ticket was? I only see two options on their website: “Park” and “Palace & Park.” I am only interested in seeing the exterior of the castle (grounds) like you guys did. However, it looks like the “Park” ticket doesn’t include that at all and that I’d still have to purchase the “Palace & Park” ticket. I’ve looked everywhere for an answer and have yet to find a clear one…any help would be greatly appreciated!
I believe we got a ticket for just the “park entrance” We actually bought our tickets on our phone at the front entrance. I asked an employee how to do it and what we were looking to do and he guided me in the right direction. They are very nice there and should be able to help you out if need be.
Man, those andouillettes, even if you paid me money I wouldn't eat that. I'm french but I can't do this type of food. Older people usually can handle it, not younger people me. Steak and fries with peppercorn sauce is the way to go. Nice video!
We own at playa Linda in early June and Azzurro is one of our favorites ! All the restaurants you’ve reviewed are very good and deserve a try ! Diana’s Pancakes was an eye opener, I love Dutch pancakes and I can’t believe of not ever having them in Aruba all these years! A special Thank you for that one !!! You guys are like dining pros! Great reviews and will definitely try some of your choices ! This has been a pleasure watching! Thanks!
Thanks for tuning in and glad you liked the video. Yes, you must try the pancakes. I do believe they moved to a different building though, so be on the lookout for that. We probably won’t be going back there for another year or two. Have fun there in June!!
great job. I been to Charleston 3 times looking forward to checking out some of those spots. stayed at the Renaissance 6 year ago will be nice to see the update. We also got a starbucks mug.
Hi! thanks for this. In Premium Economy did you have a leg rest that you could put your legs up when you recline? Also was there a foot rest at the seats? I heard there are foot rests in the other seats but not in the front row
@@mattnrach2016 I understand, the video content is good and you have a friendly group. No disrespect intended just stating the wind noise makes it hard to understand the words and follow the video. A wind screen or muff may help with recording in windy situations. Good video and I love Aruba
It’s been almost two years since we were there. In short summary, nothing is really cheap. Not sure what the current prices are. You have choices though. You can go to Ruth’s Chris and get a steak or go to the sports bar and get chicken fingers.
Wow….i think you’re right. Never noticed that. I was 100% sure we were at the Augustiner Am Dom. Nevertheless, it was a great place and very historic from what I heard. Thanks for watching and thanks for letting us know!!!!
You're very fortunate to afford to go to Aruba so often. My wife and I have gone 3 times so far and love it also. We thought it would be a great place to retire and even looked into it, but properties are too expensive. We'll just have to settle for going once every 4-5 years. Also, we found doing the AirBnB thing way cheaper than resorts. All in all, Aruba has so much to offer, especially if you're looking to just relax and get away from the Rat Race. Beautiful island, beautiful weather, Paradise On Earth.
Thank you!! I don’t remember exactly. It was expensive though…but well worth it. Don’t skip it!! It’s an amazing place. I’m sure you’ll love it!! Thanks for tuning in!!
