I’ve been to Vegas maybe 5 times. I got married there too, back in 2006. My favorite experience while I was in Vegas was actually a helicopter ride to the rim of the Grand Canyon for a champagne brunch. That was before my husband. He would never get on a glass front helicopter anyway. It was amazing! Vegas has changed so much over the years and it is sad to see some casinos being demolished.
This was so fun! Thanks for taking us along with you. Hope you got a lot of stitching done this Memorial Day weekend. I'm stitching while I watched. 😊❤
It was fun to see you going to Vegas. It looked like lots of fun. I wish you could have went to Stitchers Paradise. I've always wanted to go there. I've seen pictures, and it looks very nice. I'm glad you got back home safe. Can't wait for your next video. See you soon.
Elizabeth, I am making the April Cardigan, I have never made a top down sweater, so lots of ripping out. As I’m ripping I watched you knitting socks which is my obsession, so I’m thinking of making another pair. My friends had a birthday last week so I gave them both hand making socks. They loved them. thanks for the tour of the Sphere. I was wondering what it was about. Love watching your travels.
Oh how fun!! Happiest 70th Birthday to your dad!! 🥳 What an awesome view!! ⛲ Oh you look so beautiful, Liz!! ❤️ Vegas is so fun!! Rob is so funny!! 😆 So fun with Shania and the girls!! 🩷🩷 I have THAT sticker!!! 🤩🩷 Have an amazing weekend!! Thanks for sharing with us!! 🥰🌞😎
I absolutely loved this spontaneous video! You did a great job catching a few moments in your trip with your family which was very special. I’m not sure the male party’s loved it though!! We were supposed to travel to Vegas for my 50 but covid had other ideas…… we are planning our trip for next year now and it was fantastic to have a Birds Eye view. Thanks for sharing love and blessings xx
Thank God for this video! I live in Southwest Missouri and we have had nothing but severe weather for the last 3 weeks. Last night our town lost all Internet for about 10 hrs. I thought we were playing at Little House on the Prairie. We resorted to DVD's during all of the lightening and thunder but we're basically sitting here waiting for the tornado sirens. Luckily the big storms parted and went around us but still no Internet . Each morning I find myself watching RU-vid and all the distruction from the night before. After watching and crying so much this morning, I stumbled across this video. Your sweet face was such a welcomed sight and of course Vegas would cheer anyone up. I'm grateful that you shared this fun trip with us and the stitching caused me to refocus. Just the therapy I needed!!! Thanks so much, Kari St.Clair- Springfield, Missouri
I do not think that would be for me. Sounds like a nice trip otherwise! Thanks for the heads up about the Sphere. No plans at the moment for Las Vegas at the moment
I am glad you do these trips. I am 79’ so I won’t be able to travel to Las Vegas anymore. I also knit and do quilting, but can’t see to cross stitch. But I have sure enjoyed your trip.
Thank you so much for taking us along with you! Your view from your room was amazing!! So nice you got to spend a few days with your family to celebrate the birthdays. Never been to Vegas, but I don't really know if I'd like it there's so many people. But then on the other hand I might go if I could get your room with your view
Thanks so much Liz for taking us along. That balcony room is a definite goal for us! We are NYNY guests and it’s time to upgrade 😂 Wasn’t that first creature release so good!?! Love Lola Crow 🖤
I LOVE Vegas! We haven't been in years, though. There are just so many awesome places to visit! It's Yellowstone for us next! Love the new start. Have fun with it!
This was so much fun Liz, thank you for taking us to Las Vegas, by the way I can’t believe I’m saying this…..I’ve been knitting a sock for the first time while watching your video!!!! Also I’d love a tutorial about Mark up on IPad, and thank you so much! 💚
I’m living vicariously through you, Elizabeth! A few days in Vegas with the family enjoying all it has to offer. Please include more photographs of the food. I’m sure they have a crazy variety. Loving the color way of the socks you are knitting for your Mom! I can almost smell the gingerbread from New Hampshire! Have a lovely weekend! 😃😃😃
Liz, such a fun trip! Thanks for taking us along. Just wondering what your husband does while you are stitching especially at night. Is he a TV aholic like mine? I can multitask and he can’t. 😂
I was actually cross stitching in the afternoons while he napped and then at night (or whenever I sat down for a minute) I would knit and watch tv with him!
Thanks for taking us with you. Enjoyed it! I am also a balcony girl. Not sure why. You are really getting your stitching/knitting done even though you didn't have a lot of time. Happy birthday to your dad and I think you said it was your husband's birthday also? Happy Birthday to him also.
Thanks for sharing your great time in Vegas and thanks for the tip about the Sphere. The idea of it is freaking awesome, but we get motion sickness much quicker now so I'm pretty sure we would skip that show. So awesome to celebrate with your family in Vegas!! A little hubby time, parent time, and sister time! Way to rock it! Hugs from NE Ohio.
“I Love RINGO “ at a Happy 73 year old Ager I wish he wouldn’t dye his hair…..love a bit of gray at our age)…..Love Your Family that plays Together…..thanks for the tip at the theatre …..as I have wired responses to heights also…..love the Gingerbread socks……
