Lizzie, please help me! I have ordered two pairs of Gucci 1953 women’s loafers - one in size 39, one in size 38.5. The 39 (my usual size) slips slightly on the heel. The 38.5 fits snuggly but I am worried that my toes may slightly pinch. The women’s style is slightly different to your men’s style which is squarer in the toe. Do you think the leather will soften and be so supple that my toe won’t feel a pinch in due course? I just don’t know which size to keep.
I would definitely hang the jeans up on one of the shorter unused rails, it makes it so easy to see (and keep tidy!!) the outer doors are gorgeous tho!
Loved this video! One tip that helps me as a very messy person: make sure ypur wardrobe doesn"t get too full because then it starts to get overwhelming again. I am being really strict at the moment and can only add something to it if I take something out ( so new top means one top out to donate or sell) to try and stop the overwhelm.

lovely wardrobe! i also have a doom room and i'm dreading having to tackle it. don't get rid of your thicker hangers! move them to your leathers and heavier wool blazers sections; it will help the shoulders keep their shape.

I am the same way Lizzy! I go from organized to chaos in a matter of days. IDK if this applies to you but sometimes I get "time blindness" where I don't realize how much time I need to get ready to go out, or prepare for friends coming over and then I get rushed and end up throwing stuff anywhere so that people don't see how chaotic my home often is. And then I wonder why my doctors visit paperwork is jammed in the napkin drawer LOL. Currently in the process of paring down all the junk in my utility closet so this video was good inspiration.
Yes!!!! This is exactly what I do. And on the rare occasions I leave myself enough time I still somehow having a manic 5 mins as I’m leaving the house! How do we stop this 😂😂
I never would have suspected you weren't tidy, that's not the vibe your apartmet gives! Thanks for being open about it, it makes me feel a lot better about myself. I don't have the amount of clothes you have but I do love fashion and I have a tiny apartment with no spare room for clothes so it's a constant struggle and I have to be super selective when it comes to allowing new stuff into my wardrobe. Which is good, I suppose, but I just wish I had a little bit more space, ugh.
The room turned out beautifully! If you change your mind on the LED lights, there are actually lots of options that you can add by yourself, both with on/off switch or sensors. I've added some to my wardrobe two years ago that run on batteries (I don't have the patience or skill to fiddle around with wires) that I got at my local hardware store. The batteries lasted for well over a year as well ,before I had to change them.
Oh wow😂i got chills from the state of alllll the clothes in the beginning-i just wanted to get rid of it all😅 but it looks nice. Dont you need some blinds?, wouldn't the sun bleach the wood of the wardrobe over time?.
