Our videos will include movie reviews, collection overviews/blu-ray hauls, Top 10 lists, movie analyses, among others. Film is one of our passions and we wanted a creative outlet for expressing our love for film and we also wanted to connect and talk with other people who are interested in movies as well.

I know I'm late to this video, but I felt the same way with the Phenomena soundtrack. I like the music, it's just not really fitting. I kind of enjoyed it during my first viewing, though I did find it out of place. After multiple viewings, I'm kind of asking why Argento went with it. I do really enjoy Argento's films. Phenomena is as amazing as the best of them, but the music is so vastly different from the atmosphere. Still a great movie, but every single time I watch it I am taken back a bit when the heavy guitar riffs blare seemingly out of nowhere. Take Suspiria for example. Great movie, great visuals, and great score. I don't know if Argento was kind of experimenting with Phenomena, but I can't name any other film he has made where the music was just not fitting. Also, is it odd that I think Tenebrae was a better giallo than Deep Red? Deep Red is a classic, but I don't think it's the "creme of the crop" when it comes to giallo, which seems to be a common consensus. I can name multiple giallos that I enjoyed far more, and some directed by Argento himself. Opera is far better in my opinion for example. I think Deep Red is a good starter film I suppose.

Hi Sarah. Thank you so much for such an interesting and informative video. You have given me more insight into some Australian movies that I have seen. I have not seen The Nightingale but I will surely set out to do so. My favourite scene involving both Australian cultures in a film is in Sampson and Delilah, when the old man gives the two protagonists a lift in his car. When he lets them out he gives them a genuine smile. Sometimes you come across rare gems in life like this which gives you some hope for humanity and the future.
Despite not being a fan of New French extremism, I remember seeing High Tension at age of 7, so as a kid of that time, you must imagine that watching something like that is kind of terrying but, at the same time, attractive. In fact, I did watch this film with my parents at lunch time haha.
What a huge waste of money. Arrow fanboys will buy anything! As long as it's a film no ones ever heard of it's a guaranteed 20 bucks from you all or 40 if it's in an oversized cardboard case🙄 You'd probably buy a turd if it was packaged in a steelbook & had Arrow stamped on it lmao🤣

Can anybody tell me the difference between Shamless fan edition and Shameless numbered edition? Obviously the numbered edition has a number stamped on the sleeve but is that all?? are they a limited run?

Hey guys love the channel you were actually the ones that inspired me to start a collection of my very own.Lately I’ve been trying to focus on just one boutique label for the moment but have been getting lost down the rabbit hole of cinema and have been buying into the many boutique labels such as Arrow Video, The Criterion Collection and Eureka masters of cinema.I’ve always had the love for cinema ever since I was a young kid but thanks to you guys I have rediscovered that great passion of mineso for that I thank you guys. keep up the great work can’t wait to see more. 😊 P.S - Were do you guys buy the plastic protective sleeve? because I have been looking to buy them but have had no success the only link that was selling them through Amazon that I found was only shipping within the USA.
Hey Matt, love Vinegar Syndrome releases and they aren't the easiest to get in the UK, but I really want to get at least 1 🤞🤞😊😊 that Trauma edition is very nice!! Its not a bad film 🤔 Squirm is a great bug movie 🤩🤩 I'm sure I saw Ebola Syndrome WAAAYYY back 🤔🤔 I think Cat III movies are highly enjoyable 👌great video Matt and your shelves are a work of art behind you mate 🤩🤩🤩👍👍👍
I love Ticks! I gotta get that edition. Yeah, Ice Cream man is great. I never heard of the Ebola syndrome. Putting it on my list. It sounds intense! Really cool you loved these mediabooks so much.I live near Germany and have a lot,at movieconventions(without actors..)you find some of these pretty cheap but you have to search very good.Some of them start at 30€ when released and after a few months they are 80€ or over.The mediabook of the Executioner part 2 looks very good and the picture quality is supergreat.
That’s an insane amount to pay for a media book 😱 we definitely got lucky with finding the media books at a good price from another collector. I’d love to see how much he originally paid for it! Thanks for watching!

Great pickups Matt! I love Vinegar Syndrome, I have all these except the Angel films which I have heard pretty poor things about after the first installment. I am very intrigued about category III films and have been picking up most stuff brought out by labels this year.
