Hi... First step is inhale the exhale,squeeze belly inside, then lift,then while coming down should we again inhale?

This workout is a very dangerous one for post partum moms.. it should be taken down..I can see that this is a very old video and your more recent videos are definitely good.. This is not a post partum or Diastasis recti friendly Excercise.. it's way too intense

Breathing in relax, breathing out lifting up the pelvic floor? I dont get it its a bit of confusing for me, shouldnt it be the otherway around or I am not getting it?

What does it mean when you have a bit poping through your stomach as I went to my doctor thinking i had a lump but she told me it was a mummy pouch 😞 my baby was born 8 years ago and he was 10lbs and I'm 46 know. Any advice will be appreciated 👍🏻✅❤ thank you for sharing 🙏🏻
