I cant stand when another ship wants to sink/rob me but they are too bad or cowardly to do it. They just follow me, close enough to attack if i let my guard down or go to an island but far enough to run if i sail at them. If we fight we exchange one cannonball each and they run away only to follow again when i turn around. Ruins the session

honestly, the last several times ive played, i havnt seen 1 other ship on the ocean...and if i do see one, they usually turn tail and go somewhere else, even when im in a sloop
