Sure, it's addictive, and you're right to blame it for sometimes giving you the jitters, but coffee works head to toe too for its health halo. Watch and drink it all in..
This is very misleading... While I do enjoy my daily coffee, and tend to believe it is good for my body, you can't just separate studies that show all the benefits from the ones that show the harm coffee abuse can cause. 6 cups a day is A LOT, and it may be good for some things, but it's definitely bad for others. A video like this is not really informative, it's just propaganda. I'll keep on drinking my 2 daily cups, and I wouldn't recommend anyone 4-6 cups. Balance, my friends.

Sorry, Prevention. You disappointment me. I am highly sensitive to caffeine, even the small amount in decaffeinated drinks. So, count me out on this coffee-pushing promotion. There are other ways to stay healthy. Please provide a counter-video promoting the lifestyle and dietary changes than produce similar results.
+Kathy VanderHeijden Thanks for your comments! Like I mentioned on a comment above - While coffee may not be great for everybody - this explainer presents factual information generated by medical studies - these type of studies present general information, but may not apply to specific effects on certain individuals - it is not intended to be a promotional push for coffee - just a fun way to share statistics and facts, from medical studies with our viewers - the series includes other foods - not all of them with positive effects - This week (Friday) a new episode will premiere here on our channel - stay tuned!
