+Sandy Carabio how are you doing with the program? I've had the DVD's for a while but haven't started them... have been thinking I need to do it, but not sure if 10 mins is enough... are they working for you? Thanks!
+Elyssa Manis I realized after the first workout, that I'd need to lose about 25 pounds first because my big belly kept getting in my way with a lot of the exercises on the floor for ab work. It really discouraged me, but I know that once I can get my tummy down a bit where it's not preventing me from doing these exercises efficiently, I'll be able to do the program no problem. If it weren't for my tummy issue, I'd love this DVD and could see it toning me up, but I'm just getting back into exercising. Someone who it already at a fit level or only has a few pounds to lose probably won't find this challenging enough.
Sandy Carabio Thanks for your reply! I know it's hard to do some moves with a tummy in the way.. I got that too... There are some workouts in the DVD package where they don't go on the floor too much, so maybe stick with those.. and if they do go on the floor, walk in place, or do what you can :) I think if you try walking at a moderate/fast pace, it would help, as you'd be in "fat burning" zone, and that will help melt the fat.. and it would also get you in a habit of working out.. it's on the best exercises for fat loss. Try that and see how it goes! I'm going to start the DVDs soon.. gotta start somewhere! Best of luck to you!

This may be a silly question, but I was wondering how many calories are burned for each 10 minute work out? Would I have to do each workout more than once/day?
Looks like a great DVD! But they should sit back more with the squat exercise - as though you're about to sit down into a chair. Knees should not extend beyond the toes - at least that's what I've been taught. Otherwise, love that you can do these strength exercises in 10 minutes! And love the instructor! Thank you!
