liquid aminos does have added salt. It is less than traditional soy sauce, but low sodium soy sauce is about on par with the sodium content of liquid aminos and coconut aminos. It is also far cheaper, making it my go to.
Great video - I just had to share that you can make soy yogurt from the store bought soy milk in the refrigerated section that has all the added ingredients- I’m not saying it’s better - but if it’s all you have it will make good soy yogurt. I cooked it to 180*- petit cool to about 100*- added culture then put it in my oven with light on for about 12 hrs - strained it - super thick and good. I only put this out there for people who can not find the plain - in my small town Wal-mart you can’t get the good stuff. I did drive an hour n half to a traders Joe to get the good stuff. Again, thank you for a great video.
"Vegan bacon"??! - No such thing, if is is vegan it is not bacon; if it is bacon it is not vegan. If you want to eat something that looks like bacon, smells like bacon and tastes like bacon, eat BACON.
I wanted watch this video to try understand how to turn a carrot into something a hot dog! So, What did I get; the couple started spouting about the WHO. F88K the WHO! I would not trust them if they tried to tell me the time day. So, I'm sorry, Can't finish this Propaganda Bullshit!
I'm going to try this, because I have always loved dogs with kraut, onions, and mustard. I am going to make the salad too, but will add jalapenos. The plastic bag marinating is not sustainable: I will use a Pyrex dish with lid. Great recipe! Thanks for sharing it!
Soy lecitin is genetically modified. Its not healthy. I see so many recipes with so many unhealthy ingredients like monosodium glutomate which is cancerous and btw its not vegan. Maltodextrin may cause allergic reactions, skin irritation, asthma, difficulty breathing. And people using these and other food additives to vegan recipes and showing it on youtube. Vegan food is supposed to be healthy. People need to know which ingredients not suppose to use. Then you can choose which part of the recipe to skip. I wrote this comment for people to be aware of unhealthy food additives.
Hi - please could you say how many billions of bacteria you need for each carton of milk? I live in the UK and have to buy a different brand of pro-boitics. Thanks
I’ve been baking bread with store brought flour for about 10 years. Recently I brought a mill and have made my first lot of home milled bread. The results are always a bit sticky when the bread is cooked . I use 600 g white bread flour and 300 g fresh ground grains and 700 g water. Have you ever encountered this problem .
