The video is highly inaccurate of the High table members and the structure of the High Table. The Elder is the only one who sits above the table and he can be switched out any time as its been confirmed that the Elder in John Wick 3 is not the same as the one in John Wick 4. Some notes: - The Marquis Vincent Bisset de Gramont(Better known as the Marquis) is a senior member who likely had a seat at the High Table before he was given the task to eliminate John Wick and is promoted to Autem Imperator, the highest rank that can be given to a High Table Agent under the table. - The Bowry King does not operate with the High Table and though he is recognized by the High Table, he holds no authority or place in it. - The Adjudicator is a rank that is only given to one person who serves as the messenger of the High Table. A new Adjudicator is appointed whenever the old one dies. - The Harbingers are like Adjudicators, who are essentially messengers though Harbingers also oversee the execution of events and customs of the High Table such as duels. There can be multiple at once and their position is similar to that of an Adjudicator. - High Table seats are only offered the to head of each crime family and there are 12 seats total. However, we only know of 3(or 4) groups that have positions and the rest are assumed. 1 crime family can have multiple seats though as The Ruska Roma has two seats, one of which went to Katia after Pyotr died and the other went to the Director who is John's surrogate mother. - Notable families are the Tarasov Crime Family(Viggo Tarasov and Abram Tarasov, however, both do not have a position at the High Table), Ruska Roma(Headed by Pyotr, Katia, and the Director), Cammora(Gianna D'Antonio and Santino D'Antonio), and German Crime Syndicate(Unknown). - Hotels and the managers have a position that is directly below a Harbinger and Adjudicator. The Hotel managers have the power to declare Excommunicado to rule breakers and they can also deconsecrate their own hotels when necessary. They also keep watch over the peace in the hotel. While they must follow the rules of the High Table, as demonstrated by Winston, they can not be forced to carry out orders by others regardless of their rank though as Sophia later demonstrated, are still bound by the rules and markers. - High Table Enforcers are the standard personnel of the High Table and can be anyone. Enforcers can also serve in groups as seen with Zero and his ninjas. - High Table soldiers are the High Table's personal army and are only used whenever forces are needed in a deconsecrated area. - Agents are anyone who operated under the High Table and they outranked everyone up to the Hotel managers. - Assassins, Henchmen, and Bodyguards are any members of the High table who serve any criminal group. Their rank varies and depends on the crime family they work for but they are all below that of the High table. Their allegiances can change over time and some of these people can build a reputation that is as respected as a Hotel Manager. John Wick himself was one of these members and due to his reputation as "Baba Yaga", he was very respected and his coins held very great value. Caine, Chidi, Ares, Cassian, Perkins, Marcus, Kirill, Avi, and Aurelio are all part of this group as well. - Hotel Staff are people who work at the Continental Hotel and can perform a variety of jobs. Their rank varies though it is on the same level as that of Assassin, Henchmen, and Bodyguards. There are only two rules in the Continental: - No killing on Continental Grounds. Even Excommunicado can not be killed on these premises as Zero was threated with this if he killed an excommunicated John Wick while Perkins was killed outside the hotel. - Every marker must be fulfilled and you can not kill the bearer of your marker even if your bearer is Excommunicado. There are three forms of official High Table punishments: - Excommunicado: Applies to anyone below the Elder. Those labeled as Excommunicado have all their privileges and membership revoked and can not be helped unless the helper wishes to suffer consequences. The only exception are those who owe a marker to the Excommunicado. Excommunicado's are a kill on site target and not only are they assigned high bounties but they also marked as the first priority. This status can only be reversed by the Elder or a High Table Duel. - Deconsecrated: Applies to High Table Hotels. The hotel's immunity and protection are revoked and the Hotel is no longer recognized as sacred grounds. Killing is now permitted in the hotel and the goal is to seize the hotel's control, though the hotel can be reconsecrated and restored under certain conditions. - Condemned: Applies to High Table Hotels. The hotel is destroyed though it can be rebuilt and reconsecrated under certain conditions. - Punishments can be reversed by the Elder or a High Table Duel. High Table Duels are also used to settle disputes. Gold Coins and Currency: - Gold Coins have no set value and their real value is determined by the person holding the coin. To give a coin is to repay a favor. - Standard currency is usable though mainly in bounties. And lastly, weapons and armor: - Varies from region and provider. Most of the time, armor can be suits but sometimes, they can be actual body armor. Weapons are another story as almost every armory carries the same set of weapons with slight variations. However, some places like Japan may sell weapons that are exclusive to their region in particular while Continental Hotels all possess their own personal armories.
I see the elder as the CEO of a corporation, with the 12 as board of directors. Like real life, if the CEO fails to perform his duties for the betterment of the organization, the board can vote him out (in this case, kill and replace him).
Ironically, the funding for this film was stolen taxpayer money from Malaysia and I would not be surprised if close to half a billion was spent on this project which might include hours and hours of partying by the donor.
To me, this is about how the high table has been corrupted and where the rules don’t apply to some like they should have and why John Wick has been helped, this is to restore order by eliminating those who think the rules shouldn’t apply to them. If a John would have done what that group wanted he would have become like the Harbinger and still served and John’s please is “above the table” to restore and ensure its integrity.

The Harbinger is John Wick's future, if he had killed winston. This is because he is also missing a ring finger. 7:59 it is unlikely that he has membership in the high table. He is also under the table.
