the British army is depleted by politicians of all party's in the uk by spending cuts, they could not cope with the insurgents in Basra in Iraq and had to call on American support same in Afghanistan they could not cope in Heldman province again had to call on american support on many many occasions , now facing Putin caught like the ww2 with their drawers down .

They were not stupid like the British tactics. They knew they had minutes to disappear before supporting arms killed them. I Have never seen a dead Taliban. As soon as soldiers stopped firing nothing coming back because they were not stupid.
