Just like what TMM said before.. hes a good Tekken player, better than a lot of other players, but these Tekken pros are just another tier above him.. way above him..
Tournaments should be in pc at any game, not just because this kind of thing but also for more compatibilty with other controller without having to use any thrid Party device with the +input lag, last week I have been playing a tekken 8 tournament and this happened many times and also in others Tournaments, this has been a popular thing because it is on the finals but it happes all the time
When jdcr is closing out his first game you can see in the top right whoever is doing this tried to do it in the first game he wins at 14:00 in this video you can see the message in the top right its clearly someone sabotaging for AK this is fkd up
Yall remember when Alex Jebailey was talking hella $H!T to Shin Blanka about how he ran Final Round 19 because of the tournament's so-called "disorganization"......oh how the tables have turned
In my opinion even though there are a lot of things that affect a match I think the best thing to do was to keep the match scores (1-1) and round scores minus one (so 1-1) much like they did. But before resuming the last game they should have had 1 game that didn't count towards anything just to re-engage that flow state and take the players out of what just happened and put them back into the game they were playing. In my opinion the 9 minute break and just the entire shinanagen was enough to shock both players. This however seems as though would be the most fair. Ofc the organisers should carry on compensating both players even in the scenario I just explained as once again it seems as though it the most fair decision. This decision isn't just my opinion I had 4 of my friends who are also fg nerds and we all built this as answer to what we would have done if this has happened to us
As a player, I would NEVER accept to "beat" my opponent in such scenario. I would 100% concede the match out of respect and my own moral conduct. This is not a legitimate victory: bad move from AK to take his chances and go for it. JDCR had his mental clearly shaken after this travesty, AK smelled blood and went all out for the kill. I would personally never do it. Winning at the cost of Justice is not worth it. My respect to JDCR, I hope he comes back stronger than ever. Shame on the event organizers for this travesty. 😒
In my opinion AK should've give up the round. It's not always about who is the best. If I were him, I would've feel sooo bad getting that free win. Gormless. People saying he "can't give up the round" LMAO yeah sure. He can stop blocking and hit forward. No one would notice. It's not against the rules.
Sf6 was my first fighting game. And Tekken 8 my second. I’m the weirdo that uses analog on controller. Dpad just feels weird on my thumb. This vid def has me interested in trying a stick or leverless. Both seem like fun options. I just gotta find where I wanna start
My heart broke for JDCR when I saw this, but he played it out with pure class and respect. As someone who's relatively new to the TEKKEN community he's gained a fan in me ♥
OMGOSH , I know I’m late but dang I literally be sitting here so lost on what do I do if I do a move that’s plus I would be soo stuck and confused. I get it now because of this video. Now by doing this could also put this be towards a flowchart
Loving both players, JD vs knee got me into tekken(7) and fightimg games in general and i watch his youtube for years now. i enjoyed watching AK over the year alot, always was clear he is a beast but was missing exp. at the end of the day, as tragic as it may be, the only people you really can fault here are the organizers. how can this even be possible in this day and age? how can u fill a HUGE tournament with people interested in a competetive 1v1 fighting game and not even think abou this possibility? unbelievable!
The reason I even still play tekken is because my local tekken community is really chill and always inspiring me to get better, every time I get upset about the game when I show up there they make me wanna keep pushing myself to get better. Sometime I just go there to hang out and drink 🍺 and watch good ass tekken.
Can u time stamp where the tragedy is? Idc bout all the glazing and over analyzing. Bet irl u have a really hard time of getting to the point dont u? Blah, blah, blah, blah… click bait
