Other counties need this same type of approach. Probation is not always a very good way to help like u guys do... As far as rehabilitation is concerned. Mainly the early intervention is going to improve an offender. Where probation seems to not consider how people landed in the situation (s) that got them in trouble in the first place. That's really Double Jeopardy. Once someone has paid the time the probation wants the offender to pay the fine ( 1st ) regardless of their living situation or health. And complete any of the Judges other stipulations ( 2nd ). Also difficult when transportation and underlying health issues are still a main factor.
Are you by any chance the same Lisa that had an album out of folk songs? Album called, Eddie & Lisa. There is a posting by someone on RU-vid that uploaded a song from the album called, "What Will Come Tomorrow." There is a picture while the song is playing of the actual record and has the names, Lisa Bowman and Eddie Rich. The song is beautiful and love the singing very much! Just wondering if it is you?
