Thank you for this video! I am turning 18 in January and am planning on doing the Greek Islands in the summer of 2025!! For the plus one do you pick your own hotels or are they picked for you? Ty!!
Congrats, you’re going to have THE BEST time! For every EF they pick your accommodations for you! So no need to stress about logistics (: and don’t forget to book using the link in the description to activate my discount code UAPaige100!
Of course! I hope this was helpful! I thought the food was incredible! Honestly every meal was great. I would be super careful about what you eat in Machu Picchu, however, because our tour director said a lot of small shops don’t get enough customers so they don’t rotate food and it can go bad and you’ll get sick
Have so much fun! If you didn’t book using my link to get my discount code, you can always contact EF and have them add “UAPaige100” to your trip in order to save some money (:
So glad it was helpful!! Have the best time and feel free to ask any questions 🥰 My Instagram is @atravelingpaige_ if you want to check out my highlights!
Thank u so much. Going in September and literally telling myself I need to pack less dressy stuff and more casual basics but I do intend to hit up some nice restaurants so maybe 2-3 cuter pieces.
I think I ended up spending between $80-100 per day! I am not a huge drinker or a souvenir person so that was enough for the extra excursions and plenty of food and tipping
Which part of Europe? Doubt your eating British fish and Chips or Russian potato with side of potato. Europe is massive, don’t just say Europe unless you went to almost everywhere in Europe.
I have asked the same question until I experience having no space for my carry on backpack. Then I realized no wonder why people are always wanting to go in line first that might because of that overhead bin space for their carry on bags.
Yes, they're assigned seats but ppl don't line up in order of the seats ... they want to get in, sit down not deal with ppl pushing thru. 🤷🏽♀️ just saying
You can hike as much or as little as you want. We did as much as possible and we were pretty exhausted but very worth it. We did the optional return to Machu Picchu hike (through EF) as well as Rainbow Mountain (arranged by your tour director as an extra activity) so 3 hikes in total plus we took ATVs and explored the salt mines (extra activity arranged by your director). We did have people in our group who only did the one included Machu Picchu hike. One of my favorite EF trips!
Thanks for all the helpful info! I’m confused about what bag to bring, are you saying you can’t bring rolling luggage to Cusco? Or do you just mean you didn’t bring it with you to Machu Picchu? Thx!
So happy it was helpful! You can bring rolling luggage, but you can only bring one bag to Machu Picchu. So that was a backpack for most people and then they opted to keep their larger rolling suitcase back in Cusco- that’s what we did! The train to Machu Picchu has very limited space so a rolling suitcase isn’t the best option in my opinion 🤗
So everyone in our group paid $15 USD to our tour director so we could have unlimited water. She made sure we always had at least two full boxes of safe drinking water at all times. They were carried onto our buses, tours, hotel lobbies, etc so having clean water was never an issue 🤗
