Did you strain the soup,I tried the same without straining,it was great in taste but it was very thick borderline gravy,after straining it might look like this.
Ingredients : Coriander Leaves - ½ Bunch Mint Leaves - 12-15 Green Chilli - 2 Ginger - 1 Inch Garlic - 5-6 Water - As needed for Grinding Ghee - ½ Tbsp Cumin Seed - 1 Tsp Onion - 1 Medium Soya Chunks - ¾ Cup (Soaked in hot water) Salt to taste Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp Garam Masala - ½ Tsp Black Pepper - ½ Tsp Basmati Rice - 1 Cup (Soaked for 30 Mins) Water - 1.5 Cups Tomato - 1 Method : Add soya chunks in hot water and let it sit for few minutes. Squeeze excess water and set aside. Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger and garlic. Add water as needed. In a pot, heat ghee, add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add onion and saute until translucent. Add soya chunks, green paste, salt, coriander powder, garam masala and black pepper. Saute for few minutes. Add basmati rice and water and bring to boil. Add tomatoes. Cover and cook for 20 mins. Serve hot with Raita
