We cannot change our chronological age, however Our biological age is within our control and can be reversed. Biological age is showing the status of how healthy we are, so how we live matters!!! We can grow older or grow younger. I choose grow younger everyday! The thing is "Why Not?" By Reverse Aging Revolution
I am an Italian di woman 76 years, 44 kg, no smoke, no alcool. I tried AKG for 3 night and I could no sleep nothing till morning, so I stopped. Why? Could you give me a reply?
The important thing is that Big Pharma can make trillions of dollars out of this. Nothing else matters. Just the shareholders. Perhaps general efficiency can start to trickle out in 40 years or so. We don’t want to get too far ahead of ourselves when there’s obscene profits to be made.
Hello I am 62 too and by doing exercises and controlling diet I manage to keep muscles strong , eliminate inflammation and increase energy. With a little effort you can reverse things quite fast 👍
@@jasminehasan890 Hello Jasmin. Thanks for the reply, if you would like to share what works or doesn’t for you, I can also share what I am trying currently. Although we may have completely different body systems at work here?😀
More study show that Alzheimer’s disease modalities certainly include mitochondrial dysfunction of the microglia immune cells within the brain. I would be curious, number one, if these mitochondria can get past the blood brain barrier, and number two, if there have been any studies with respect to Neurogenesis>
Those things are all a hoax. They can only work if there was such as a perfect patient without any genetic or environmental problems. Slowing aging doesn't make the heart failure go away or the chronic disease one has. And people die on cancer or stroke etc even in younger years, though it is rare. Slowing the aging is pointless. Those who are healthy don't need it, those who are not won't benefit from it.
Probably super expensive therapy. Closest think that you can do to increase number of good quality mitochondria is to go on ketogenic diet (paleo ketogenic)
Why did I know she was going to say B1? Maybe because for a couple of years I thought I was dying. The doctors didn't understand. I hoped the problem was in digestion. Skip to the latest, B1 at a therapeutic level made all the difference -- and quickly. Among the conditions were muscular weakness, shortness of breath, pain and swelling in my lower legs -- problems associated with beriberi, the low B1 condition. Turns out memory problems, too, began to recede. And no, I do not abuse alcohol, but I do take a number of drugs for blood pressure. I'm not saying B1 is a miracle cure for anything, just that, for me anyway, it has had a surprisingly quick and significant positive effect.
Wow, sounds like I need this. Glad he didn't retire before studying this compound. I have not taken a statin but I didn't know how he could cause diabetes or muscular dysfunction.
I don't really consider it replication if it is the same group. It is just extended. And especially this where he gives everyone different doses and fiddles with these doses with no published rule for these decisions. That seems like a great formula for placebo effects. Especially, as all the patents are footing the bill, and really want it to work and expect it to work.
2:33 strength training at least 2-3 times a week 3-4 times a week moderate to high intesnitiy for maximum benefits , all in all, endruance exercise, high intensity exercise , and strength training : du kannst joggen (endurance) dann wie immer deine Sprints im Wald dann (High intensity), und danach wenn du kannst weiter joggen( endurance), dann hasse beides auf einmal, dann musst du nur noch 2-3 mal die Woche Krafttraining
This commercial venture is making their own growth hormone in a bioreactor. I’m making my own by doing high intensity interval training. I don’t need metformin; my blood sugar is fine. And DHEA… a lot of studies say it does nothing. Compare the results in this trial with healthy eaters and exercisers and I doubt you’d see any difference.
Let another lab replicate their trial. An let the labs try on healthy Slim/lean people in their 30's. It's too easy to reverse aging in fat/obese people.
