I have extensive experience with melatonin administration and chronic and acute disease, and these numbers are very low. I take about 100mg of pure melatonin daily, just to maintain cellular energy levels and neuroplasticity at age 49. Based on my own clinical data, if I were to receive a cancer diagnosis, I would immediately up my daily dosage to 500mg, split into two doses. Oh, also.. Sleeping a bit cold, on the threshold of discomfort, is associated with extended lifespan. Just some thoughts.
@@denny8111 I have been buying the one from Purebulk but recently I have been trying another supplier that is in Thailand and more convenient as its where I live at the moment and is just as good
He is yet another example of how far we are in understanding how all the independent systems of our body work. An example of which is the role of Taurine in helping the body synthesize melatonin in the first place. And we’re not talking about your standard 500 mg per day either. Let’s try upwards to 12 g that was a part of ancestral human diets. We haven’t changed at all since then and basically has had 100 years of living unnaturally where most people don’t get anywhere near, the levels of Taurine they used to get. Because we don’t understand any of this, when we finally do isolate the molecule and see the problem. People have with not having enough production, we blame the computer lights, we blame a whole bunch of other things. We don’t blame the things that likely causing it. Our western industrial world has been great at looking and identifying molecules. As great as that has been, they’re equally pathetic and understanding how all of this works together.
