Thanks for this video so timely and straight to the point. How does one remove their emotions? I've been dating a narcissist, Friday I was sick and needed to go to the emergency room and showed up to his house unannounced to help me like I've always helped him. He didn't answer the door even thought the tv was on (I know someone was in there with him) the next day he said horrible things to me, broke up with me and blocked me saying I was out of line showing up like that. We've been together a YEAR didn't think it was too a big deal to ask my significant other for help when I needed 😢 I've been begging him the last few days texting from another phone. After watching this video I feel so embarrassed with myself 💔

This actually just happened to me a few months ago. We were in a exclusive relationship which we both agreed on. We were dating for 7/8 months. After, spending a nice day together.. that weekend I heard nothing from him. I called him and he did not answer. He did not send a text or call. That night, I decided to move on and forward! ✌🏽
