For the lady towards the end of the live who has problems with her sexual energy: The easiest way To balance the chakras is to eat foods related to each chakra. Focus on foods grown inside of the earth or better known as "root vegetables" (potatoes, carrots, beets, etc) take note that those foods are also orange, yellow or red... to correspond with the colors of the chakra. Once you start feeling better, move to foods that are of other colors to help that energy flow through all 7 chakras. You are what you eat... The healing begins and ends with what we put inside of our bodies the simplest place to start is with the food.
