You’re so spot on and it’s wonderful to watch a true natural professional give great advice while doing what she/he does best…!!! Hope you’re healing up fast and well. Great luck this season..!!!
I really hurt my back at work and struggle with the pain. When theres days i can play disc golf pain free it really means alot. Your absolutely right a severe injury like yours really puts things in perspective and makes you appreciate what you have and can do. Great video and congratulations to winning the portland open! 🎉
I've always loved listening to elite professionals discuss how they approach a problem. Whether it is airline pilots briefing a tricky departure or engineers solving a desibn problem, it's always fascinating. I am so thrilled seeing Paige back in the hunt. I have re-watched many of her wins the last few years and am looking to more in the future. BTW, Portland is my favorite city and course.
Love the video, including the front 9. Is it just me or is all the sound coming from the left? I have headphones on and im only getting sound from the left side....
So cool to see you progressing and finding your way back to elite level play after such a big injury and (at least what it looks like) finding and utilizing different tools to your game. Also it's always just nice to see pros who genuinely enjoy what they do.
I just sprained my knee a week ago while attempting a short putt. The frost on the ground was melting turning it all to slippery mud then before I knew I was falling and I could feel a pop that felt like a bone snap in my knee…this video was good to watch this morning you’re always teaching me even in injury 🩼 Lol
Used to go to this course all the time when I lived nearby. I could have swore I saw you tehre one time, this probably confirms that haha. Hitzman Optimist was a fun little park!
You have the most unusual putting routine with you holding the disc with both hands above your head, flicking or tapping it free with the left and then sending it towards the basket. Kind of like someone who does something out of superstition for luck. I don't know. I've only been playing disc golf for 3 months with my buddies but I keep watching different videos of people doing stuff and then trying them myself to try and improve. I may have to give that a try and see whats up. Thanks for the content. Pro disc golfers seem to be some of the most friendliest I've ever seen in video content and you're no different.
Ayla? The story just continues to get more bizarre. Some people will never be satisfied with their never-ending quest to try and be unique or different. The alerts have sounded, evacuate while you can PP.
This is called a block zone and means your coaster is working 😊. Coasters are split into zones or blocks that have a method to stop a train at the end. Compare it to a ship lock where the ship is stopped in each zone and cannot proceed if the ship ahead as it exited the other lock.
I really like your videos! I have a little feedback. I have a hard time reading the words you flash on the screen. They are a bit too small and fast for me to read on my phone. It may be just me but wanted to throw that out there. Happy holidays to you guys.
The "new normal" phrase is so F*ing cringeworthy. That had everything to do with rogue Libtard Zealots who were destroying America over a virus that barely affected the population and where their "solutions" killed off far more people than the virus. So Sick and So Sad. It's worth NEVER forgetting. Anyway, you seem happy. Great to see you're healing Paige! You and Alyssa seem very happy. Congrats and best of luck!!
Just want to say I appreciate these vlogs. Allowing us in your life makes me like you two even more! Keep it up, def have a natural personalities for it. Happy holidays 🎉
I still think you may want to consider opening an advanced disc golf academy for the up-and-coming players. It's so nice to see you both so happy. Hope '24 goes as you want.
Thanks for sharing your life with us. That shirt Paige is wearing at the end is amazing. A champion for your wife. Love seeing how many things have changed in the true Pro Disc Golf realm- that you touring pros are able to spend more time at home and create a slower life that you enjoy. Glad the pay and contracts have improved to allow this for you and many others!
