My name is Will Delaney and I'm a Canadian photographer and videographer based in Toronto, Ontario.
I spent four years getting a Bachelor's degree in Photography, and I've been working as a freelance photographer/videographer since 2018. I'm here to share all the tips and tricks I've learned along the way, and to take you along with me when I go on fun adventures.
I like the inclusion of the setting you used for each photography, some people learn differently and i have found I learn with the tech specs of an image, so thanks for including them!
For me i buy lense to do all things best but in final i buy the best one for all because i will need it lot only my mother always tell do buy the best but it very most of most durable for whole lifetime will used it to get the best of our love shooting photos and videos everytime even till 40 years too it will be valuable for money spent in durable and not regret money invest in lense soi do the same most it does for all things because if i buy which for does one thing then in future i will need to buy other lense it will waste my money then for other lense will have which i use then for other options too always for not waste my money in one things, for a example all in one printer have print and scanner and copy but if in beginning i will buy a copy and printer then future i will want a scanner then i will have to buy a printer with scanner and copy in it because it dont have scanner sell separately then money is wasting better i buy all in one for whole my life right but me i will use lense for shooting videos wildlife animals and vlogs of myself and lot of videos shooting better goods lense for me that why.

I haw a Canon r100. Do you haw anny recomendations of uppgrades?❤. (Haw the Canon 50mm/prime lens). I want to do sports photos, i haw a budget of 800 dollars.😊. Sory my English/from Norway😅
If your max is $800, you’re probably better off sticking with the R100. You could maybe go to the R10, or get something used, but if you want to make a noticeable upgrade, I’d recommend saving for something like the Canon R7. But you can always get better lenses to use on your R100. That will make a big difference too. Hope this helps!
Thanks! If I I’m hired for photo and video, I’ll bring a primary and secondary videographer, and at least one photographer depending on the package. So 3 people minimum when doing photo + video.
No doubt that filters can protect frontelement on lenses. However an additional piece of glas will have an effect on optical and potential AF performance. Using a high resolution camera like Z8 and long lenses, the impact even using expensive highend B&W filters are very visible.
canon utility is awful and i wish there was a way to do this without it. Also 2024 update, canon utility is not free anymore. Is there a free way to use my camera?
I shoot Birds and was coming from the EF 0:05 0:05 -100-400. I was pleasantly surprised. You get what you pay for but in this case it greatly exceeded my expectation. f11 still created more background blur than I expected. Being 20’ away means I didn’t spook the birds as much and was able to get more shots. I didn’t see the auto focus speed as an issue and didn’t find it limiting. The biggest issue on my R5 was not having autofocus over the entire viewfinder. Makes birds in flight difficult. Can’t beat it for the money.
A very important thing that hasn't been mentioned is the fact that enterprise server components consume a lot of energy. What you save by buying this type of equipment second-hand, you quickly lose in electricity bills.
Hi! I’ve been looking at some of your videos and have been getting into photography. I was wondering what type of camera you recommend a beginner getting? For a lense and camera under 700? I mostly want to do street photography and sports.
@@DelaneyMedia thanks! I am looking at two that I found, the OM SYSTEM OLYMPUS OM-D E-M1 Mark II, and the Sony Alpha a6000 Mirrorless. Used they’re the same price, and I was wondering if there is one brand thats better, and how I know what lenses will fit the camera.
Because you are already the least efficient shooter and canon EOS r10 has no scope to downgrade this. Just stop making bulls*it videos. Don't like, sell it and 🖕off.
I don't understand the logic. A jpeg is a raw that has had additional proccesing done. If anything a raw one would take less time. Unless you are refering to storage, where raw is far bigger than jpeg and takes longer to store.
For what? It’s an ideal sweet spot for a hybrid camera like this - fast readout speed meaning low rolling shutter and good video performance, good autofocus for action and wildlife, weddings/events.
Thanks for the tutorial and great explanation! I liked how you explained each editing decision rather than just showing what you’re doing - it makes all the difference in being a great teacher!
Yeah, this video is not for the average Joe working a 9/5 trying to care for your new family. This is for the person that can drop $2,000 to $5,000 or more without feeling it. That's ok, because some of us have it and some of us don't.
If you want as much storage as me or more, for sure. The nice thing about RAID is the scalability. You could buy 2 4TB drives for $300 and get all the same functionality.
